Here I am, all at play
Trying not to go insane
The movies are all the same
Lost my phone, in a cab
Life will never be the same
When will I see you again?
I see the signs, they're all around me
Thirteen thousand satellites surround me
Stop the world, spinning round
I need to find a place
And rest my feet on solid ground
Stop the world, slow it down
Maybe I will find myself
Shut the door and turn off the light
And some guy is tweeting me
OMG, this is freaking me
Will you please leave me alone?
I'm falling fast, I need some time
'Cause what I have isn't mine
Where do I go from here?
I see the signs, they're all around me
Someone's screaming, I don't hear a sound
Stop the world, spinning round
I need to find a place
And rest my feet on solid ground
Stop the world, slow it down
Maybe I will find myself
Shut the door and turn off the light
When I look into a mirror
There's no one looking back
And all I can do is close my eyes
I won't surrender
Stop the world, spinning round
I need to find a place
And rest my feet on solid ground
Stop the world, slow it down
Maybe I will find myself
Stop the world, spinning round
I need to find a place
And rest my feet on solid ground
Stop the world, slow it down
Maybe I will find myself
Shut the door and turn off the light
