Cut It Out is the second extended play (EP) by American indie rock band Kitten. It was released on May 2, 2011.
Produced by Chad Anderson and Gavin Mackillop, the EP includes six songs with a running time of 25:50. Three singles, “Cut It Out”, “G#” and “Japanese Eyes”, were followed by their own respective music videos, which can be found on the band’s YouTube page. The song “Christina” was originally written about Christina Ricci, but the band later confirmed that they had changed a few lyrics because it "felt too specific."
Kitten's frontwoman, Chloe Chaidez, describes the sound of their sophomore EP as more "electronic" and "rock" than the previous, citing a strong '80s influence.Yahoo described the EP as a "frenzied but melodic blend of danceable pop with an undercurrent of raw post-punk and 80s new wave; ...filled with irresistible melodies, incessant hooks, and Chaidez's provocative lyricism."
All songs written and composed by Chloe Chaidez and Chad Anderson, except where noted.

"Cut It Out" is the second single by Australian indie group The Go-Betweens, from their 1987 studio album, Tallulah. It was released as a 7" and 12" vinyl single on the Beggars Banquet label in the United Kingdom on 11 May 1987, with "Time in the Desert" as the B-side.
"Cut It Out", was recorded with producer Craig Leon in London in late December 1986. "Time in the Desert" was then recorded in the second week in January, with producer Richard Preston.
Ian Cranna in his review of the song in Smash Hits states "surprise galore with a most un-folky laboured guitar and drum machine "riff", great backing vocalists and swirling organ followed by a contrasting heavenly girlie chorus. Its a wonderful piece of work but doomed as a single because those dullards at Radio One will never play anything so adventurous." John Aizlewood however was less enthusiastic in his review commenting "Poor little Go-Betweens, always searching for the hit in the haystack. Never finding it. This isn't the hit, beautiful, stately and dignified though it is. 'Spring Rain' was the hit and that wasn't, if you follow."
Banksy is an English-based graffiti artist, political activist and film director whose real identity is unknown. His satirical street art and subversive epigrams combine dark humour with graffiti executed in a distinctive stenciling technique. His works of political and social commentary have been featured on streets, walls, and bridges of cities throughout the world. Banksy's work grew out of the Bristol underground scene, which involved collaborations between artists and musicians. Observers have noted that his style is similar to Blek le Rat, who began to work with stencils in 1981 in Paris. Banksy says that he was inspired by "3D", a graffiti artist who later became a founding member of Massive Attack, an English musical group.
Banksy displays his art on publicly visible surfaces such as walls and self-built physical prop pieces. Banksy does not sell photographs or reproductions of his street graffiti, but art auctioneers have been known to attempt to sell his street art on location and leave the problem of its removal in the hands of the winning bidder. Banksy's first film, Exit Through the Gift Shop, billed as "the world's first street art disaster movie", made its debut at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. The film was released in the UK on 5 March 2010. In January 2011, he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Documentary for the film. In 2014, he was awarded Person of the Year at the 2014 Webby Awards.
Where'd you get those gloves?
Got a lot of money
Where'd you get those ocean eyes?
My mom is Japanese
Is that the perfect bath
And the perfect sleepers
And where'd you get those ocean eyes?
My mom is Japanese
My mom is Japanese
[Chorus]
Is this love, is this love love,
is this love I'm feeling
is this love or the wrecking ball
It's love, love, love I'm feeling
is this love or the wrecking ball
love of a rocking ball, ah
What you doing down town?
Tryina skate or die
You'll never be a factory girl
Oh, don't ever brush your hair
Don't ever brush your hair
[Chorus]
Is this love, is this love love,
is this love I'm feeling
is this love or the wrecking ball
It's love, love, love I'm feeling
is this love or the wrecking ball
love of a rocking ball, ah
Is this love, is this love love,
is this love I'm feeling
is this love or the wrecking ball
Is this love, is this love love,
is this love I'm feeling
or the crush of the wave ...
is this love or the wrecking ball
ocean eyes?
where'd you get those ocean eyes?
