A deuce is a playing card with a rank of two. It is also a slang word for the number two.
Deuce, Deuces or The Deuce may also refer to:
Deuce is the second DVD by the American Nu Metal band, Korn. It was released on June 11, 2002 - the same day as the band's fifth studio release, Untouchables. The DVD was certified platinum by the RIAA. The DVD includes the band's first home video Who Then Now? and features the music video collection from Korn to Issues. Other extras include biographies of each band member, gags, behind-the-scenes of the music videos or live concerts, and various other things.
Deuce is the second solo album by Rory Gallagher, released in 1971. In contrast with his previous album, Rory Gallagher, where Gallagher tried for a precise, organised sound, Deuce was his first of many attempts to capture the energy of a live performance in the studio.
Cue or CUE may refer to:
A cue sheet, or cue file, is a metadata file which describes how the tracks of a CD or DVD are laid out. Cue sheets are stored as plain text files and commonly have a ".cue" filename extension. CDRWIN first introduced cue sheets, which are now supported by many optical disc authoring applications and media players.
Cue sheets can describe many types of audio and data CDs. The main data (including audio) for a CD described by a cue sheet is stored in one or more files referenced by the cue sheet. Cue sheets also specify track lengths, and CD-Text including track and disc titles and performers. They are especially useful when dividing audio stored in a single file into multiple songs or tracks. The data files referred to by the cue sheet may be audio files (commonly in MP3 or WAV format), or plain disc images, usually with a .bin extension.
When used for disc images, the format is usually called CUE/BIN, indicating that it stores a disc image composed of one cue sheet file and one or more .bin files. The .bin files are raw sector-by-sector binary copies of tracks in the original discs. These binary .bin files usually contain all 2,352 bytes from each sector in an optical disc, including control headers and error correction data in the case of CD-ROMs (unlike ISO images of CD-ROMs, which store only the user data). However, the TRACK command in a cue sheet file can be used to refer to binary disc images that contain only the user data of each sector, by indicating the specific CD mode of the tracks from which the image was created (which is necessary to know the size of the user data in each sector).
Cue TV was a regional television station in New Zealand which started in October 1996 as Mercury Television. The original majority shareholder in Mercury TV was the CRT (Combined Rural Traders) co-operative, before the station was sold to Family Television Network and then West Media 175, a company based in the United Kingdom with New Zealand broadcasting assets. In 2003, the company was sold to General Manager Tom Conroy who is also Managing Director for the station. The majority of its programming was from the Southern Institute of Technology (SIT2LRN). Making it a nationwide local educational television service. Most of the programming on CUE TV was locally produced, most other programming is from Deutsche Welle. The channel was available nationwide, on Freeview, Sky and Telstra.
From July 2012 CUE TV was New Zealand's only nationwide locally produced educational television service, due to the closing of TVNZ 7. Because Cue TV is still a devoted Southland broadcaster, it is not often referred to as a National public service.
A little busybody told me I was blind
I wouldn't sense the nose on my face
You know I never listen to her good advice
And I resemble the thing she made up
If anyone should ever bring you down
She will and she will and she will
She's Miss Misery
Never the one to interfere
She's Miss Misery
Whenever there's a rumor going 'round and 'round
And 'round and 'round and 'round
You've got to look no further
She said it was her duty as a volunteer
To come to me with this information
She couldn't think of anything she wanted more
Than hitting me with her expectations
If anyone should ever bring you down
She will and she will and she will
She's Miss Misery
Never the one to interfere
She's Miss Misery
Whenever there's a rumor going 'round and 'round
And 'round and 'round and 'round
You've got to look no further
If anyone should ever bring you down
She will
If anyone should ever bring you down
She will and she will and she will
She's Miss Misery
Never the one to interfere
She's Miss Misery
Whenever there's a rumor going 'round and 'round
And 'round and 'round and 'round
'Round and 'round, and 'round and 'round
'Round and 'round, and 'round and 'round
'Round and 'round, and 'round and 'round
'Round and 'round, and 'round and 'round
'Round and 'round, and 'round and 'round
'Round and 'round, and 'round and 'round
