In New York, he worked at a furniture store in the department of Medicare and a bank. He studied music at the Bronx Community College.[3] He attended Miami Beach Senior High School from 1993 to 1995. While at Miami Beach Senior High, Bello spent most of his time in class writing and composing songs. He would walk down the hallways of his high school singing the songs he would write during class. His sister, Elizabeth, also attended high school during those years.
He has recorded several promotional albums, since 1999 when he started his career but are not considered official albums from El Cata's discography and are no longer available. In 2009 he release his official debut studio album El Malo through Allegro/Planet Records, which includes the singles "Loca Con Su Tiguere", "Pa' la Esquinita" and "El Que Brilla Brilla".[4] This year he also recorded a remix of "Loca Con Su Tiguere", featuring Voltio and Ñejo & Dalmata, also the remix of "Ella Quiere Coro Conmigo" featuring Yenz and shared credits on Pitbull's smash single "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)" as co-writer of the song.[5] As of 2010, he collaborated again on Pitbull's track "Watagatapitusberry" from Pitbull's album Armando.[6] The song also featured Rapper record-producer Lil Jon, Sensato and Black Point.
In 2010, Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira covered his single as "Loca", in which he also raps.[7] He is also featured on the Spanish version of the track "Rabiosa" from Shakira's album Sale el Sol.[8]

Crazy People (stylized as Cяazy People) is a 1990 comedy film starring Dudley Moore and Daryl Hannah, and directed by Tony Bill.
Emory Leeson is an advertising executive who experiences a nervous breakdown. He designs a series of "truthful" advertisements, blunt and bawdy and of no use to his boss Drucker's firm.
One of his colleagues, Stephen Bachman, checks him into a psychiatric hospital. Emory goes into group therapy under the care of Dr. Liz Baylor and meets other voluntary patients, such as the lovely and vulnerable Kathy Burgess. There is also George, who can only speak one word: "Hello."
By mistake, Emory's advertisements get printed and the new campaign turns out to be a tremendous success. Campaigns like: "Jaguar — For men who'd like hand-jobs from beautiful women they hardly know." and "Volvo — they're boxy but they're good."
Drucker grabs credit for the ads. He assigns Stephen and the rest of his employees to design similar new ad campaigns featuring so-called honesty in advertising, but nothing works.
Crazy People is an album recorded by The Rowan Brothers in 2002. The album cover was photographed by Peter Rowan's daughter, Amanda Rowan.

I don't mind living with crazy people
who are living day by day
I don't mind living with lonely people
living life their own way
Held up for ransom I can't remember my name
and I don't know where I come from
Held up for ransom I don't remember my name
and I don't know where I come from
I don't mind living with Crazy people
with their heads stuck down between their knees
I don't mind living with lonely people
with their hearts stuck up on their dreams
Held up for ransom I can't remember my name
and I don't know where I come from
Held up for ransom I can't remember my name
and I don't know where I come from
