Trapt is an American rock band that formed in Los Gatos, California in 1995, best known for their 2002 single "Headstrong". The group consists of lead vocalist Chris Taylor Brown, bassist Peter "Pete" Charell, drummer Dylan Thomas Howard, and guitarist Ty Fury. They have released six studio albums to date: Amalgamation, Trapt, Someone in Control, Only Through the Pain, No Apologies and Reborn.
The members of Trapt met in high school in the mid-'90s and shortly thereafter developed an act with Chris Taylor Brown (lead vocals), Simon Ormandy (guitar), Peter "Pete" Charell (bass), and David Stege (drums). The band's first few rehearsals were in Ormandy's guesthouse, which had a party-like atmosphere with its loft overlooking the living room. They began playing at local venues in 1997 before any members had graduated high school. The band received a great response and a positive buzz soon started to grow. In 1998, still before graduation, they were already opening for up-and-coming fellow acts like Papa Roach. They recorded and released their first CD, Amalgamation in 1999, which they sold at their live shows. Their second release, the Glimpse EP, came in 2000, and another EP, 2001's self-titled Trapt, served as the band's demo. Between the strength of these releases and the successes in touring, they were able to garner major record label attention.
Trapt, stylized as TЯAPT and released in Japan as Kagero II: Dark Illusion (影牢II: Dark Illusion), is an action video game with strategy game elements by Tecmo for the PlayStation 2. The game includes a number of features that are also used in Deception, an earlier game from Tecmo.
The player assumes the role of Princess Allura, who has been framed for the murder of her father, King Olaf. On the night of the King's murder, Allura is accused of killing him by her stepmother, Catalina. With the help of her friend Rachel, Allura is able to escape into a forest. On the run from assassins, she acquires the ability to set a series of traps, which are the only means she has of defending herself from her pursuers.
Players begin by equipping and making traps for Allura to take with her into the game mission. Each mission starts in a specific room, where players can position traps in order to defeat enemies. The traps are classified into three types according to where they can be positioned within the game world (wall, ceiling, and floor). The player is allowed to take up to three traps of each type into a game stage, and additional traps can be obtained by completing the game. Enemies' life bars are shown at the top of the screen, while Allura's life bar and active traps are shown at the bottom left and right respectively. As the player defeats enemies they are rewarded with "warl", the game's currency, which can be used to purchase new traps between missions. Players may also purchase room keys, which allow Allura to access other rooms in the game missions. Apart from the main story missions, the game also includes several "side stories", which are optional missions that give different angles and insights into the game's main story. There are three official endings in the game, and a fourth that is not registered when saved onto the game file.
Trapt is the second studio album and major label debut by the rock band Trapt. With three hit singles, the album ascended to #42 on the Billboard 200 album sales chart. It was certified gold by the RIAA on May 15, 2003 then platinum on November 24 of that same year, making it Trapt's most successful album to date. By 2005, the album had sold 1.5 million copies in the U.S.
In an interview with VH1, Chris Taylor Brown stated the picture of a man mowing a lawn was selected to show the choices and results an individual can make in life. He elaborated, "Everyone has this path they think they should take - it's the safe route. You go to college; you wake up everyday [sic] and mow the lawn; and go to work for eight or nine hours a day. We didn't want to do that. We wanted to say that you don't have to do what everyone else does. It was an eerie picture, like it was straight out of American Beauty. So we thought it was cool to have on the front."

Third Day is a Christian rock band formed in Marietta, Georgia during the 1990s. The band was founded by lead singer Mac Powell, guitarist Mark Lee and former member Billy Wilkins. The other band members are bassist Tai Anderson and drummer David Carr. The band's name is a reference to the biblical accounts of Jesus' rising from the dead on the third day following his crucifixion. The band was inducted in the Georgia Music Hall of Fame on September 19, 2009. They have sold over 7 million albums in the United States and had 28 number one radio hits. Their fans are known as "Gomers" after a song on their second album about Gomer.
In 1991, high-schoolers Mac Powell and Mark Lee formed Third Day as a Christian music group with pianist Billy Wilkins and guitarist August McCoy. McCoy left the following year to pursue tertiary education. At a 1992 event at Lee's Church, Third Day performed alongside a band called the Bullard Family Singers, which featured David Carr and Tai Anderson. Third Day invited Carr and Anderson to join them shortly after.
"Contagious" is a song by The Isley Brothers featuring group member Ronald Isley. It was released as a single from their 2001 album Eternal. The song was written and produced by R. Kelly, who was also featured on the song, and also features vocals by R&B singer Chanté Moore.
The video plays as a mini soap opera depicting a man who goes home and finds out his woman has been cheating on him with another man. The song is taken to another level during the breakdown of the song, where the two men, Mr. Biggs and Kelly, meet once again after their previous battle on Kelly's 1996 single, "Down Low". In the middle of the second verse, Ron Isley goes down memory lane after saying "The down low happened to me all over again". In the video, there is also a brief clip of the "Down Low (Nobody Has To Know)" video, shown of Mr. Biggs beating R. Kelly with a sledgehammer.
"Contagious" rose to #19 on the pop singles chart and #3 on the R&B singles chart and made the Isleys the first band to score a hit in six consecutive decades on Billboard's Hot 100. The breakthrough helped their 2001 album Eternal go double platinum.
I was sick of restrictions, sick of the boundaries
About to close the door
Such a lack of conviction, no real connection
What should I settle for?
But you caught my attention, you built on the tension
You left me wanting more
Now I don't know what to do with myself, do with myself
I don't want nobody else
I let you in, I let you in and you infected me
Can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you
I breathed you in, I breathed you in and now I'm in too deep
Don't think I'm pulling through, don't think I'm pulling through
Can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you
You're so contagious, running through my veins
You're so contagious, hanging onto every word
You're so contagious and I can't get away
You're so contagious and now I know for sure there is no cure
I saw your intentions, I gave you permission
Go ahead and start the war
I was out of addictions by my own admission
Oh, I've been keeping score
But you made an exception, you taught me a lesson
Who cares where I've been before?
You would never leave me all by myself, all by myself
You don't want nobody else
I let you in, I let you in and you infected me
Can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you
I breathed you in, I breathed you in and now I'm in too deep
Don't think I'm pulling through, don't think I'm pulling through
Can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you
You're so contagious, running through my veins
You're so contagious, hanging onto every word
You're so contagious and I can't get away
You're so contagious and now I know for sure there is no cure
And I am burning in your fire, there is no cure
And I have only one desire, there is no cure
Now I don't know what to do with myself, do with myself
I can not deny her, there is no cure
Now, I don't know what to do with myself
Do with myself, I don't want nobody else
I let you in, I let you in and you infected me
Can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you
I breathed you in, I breathed you in and now I'm in too deep
Don't think I'm pulling through, don't think I'm pulling through
Can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you, can't get enough of you
You're so contagious, running through my veins
You're so contagious, hanging onto every word
You're so contagious and I can't get away
You're so contagious and now I know for sure there is no cure
You keep running, you keep running
You keep running through my veins
(You're so contagious)
You keep running, you keep running
You keep running through my veins
(There is no cure)
You keep running, you keep running
You keep running through my veins
(You're so contagious)
You keep running, you keep running
