Communication (from Latin commūnicāre, meaning "to share") is the purposeful activity of information exchange between two or more participants in order to convey or receive the intended meanings through a shared system of signs and semiotic rules. The basic steps of communication are the forming of communicative intent, message composition, message encoding, transmission of signal, reception of signal, message decoding and finally interpretation of the message by the recipient.
Communication in general takes place inside and between three main subject categories: human beings, living organisms in general and communication-enabled devices (for example sensor networks and control systems). Communication in the category of living organisms (studied in the field of biosemiotics) usually occurs through visual, auditory, or biochemical means. Human communication is unique for its extensive use of language.
Nonverbal communication describes the process of conveying meaning in the form of non-word messages. Examples of nonverbal communication include haptic communication, chronemic communication, gestures, body language, facial expression, eye contact, and how one dresses. Nonverbal communication also relates to intent of a message. Examples of intent are voluntary, intentional movements like shaking a hand or winking, as well as involuntary, such as sweating. Speech also contains nonverbal elements known as paralanguage, e.g. rhythm, intonation, tempo, and stress. There may even be a pheromone component. Research has shown that up to 55% of human communication may occur through non-verbal facial expressions, and a further 38% through paralanguage. It affects communication most at the subconscious level and establishes trust. Likewise, written texts include nonverbal elements such as handwriting style, spatial arrangement of words and the use of emoticons to convey emotion.
Communication is the seventh studio album by Bugskull, released in November 17, 2009 by Digitalis Recordings.
All songs written and composed by Sean Byrne.

Bossanova is the third studio album by the American rock band Pixies. It was released in August 13, 1990 on the English independent record label 4AD in the United Kingdom and by Elektra Records in the United States. All of Bossanova's original material was written by the band's frontman Black Francis; this was a first for a Pixies album, but he has written all of their songs since. The album's sound, inspired by surf rock and space rock, complements its lyrical focus on outer space, which references subjects such as aliens and unidentified flying objects.
Because of 4AD's independent status, major label Elektra Records handled distribution in the United States; Bossanova reached number 70 on the Billboard 200. The album peaked at number three in the UK Albums Chart. Two singles were released from Bossanova, "Velouria" and "Dig for Fire"; both charted on the US Modern Rock Tracks chart, at #4 and #11, respectively.
After Pixies finished touring obligations for their second album Doolittle (1989) in January 1990, band members Black Francis, Joey Santiago, and David Lovering moved from Boston to Los Angeles. Bassist Kim Deal meanwhile stayed in the UK to record the first Breeders album during January with producer Steve Albini. Deal ultimately decided to travel out to Los Angeles with the rest of the group. Lovering stated that he, Santiago, and Black Francis moved to Los Angeles because that's where they intended to record. The three band members lived in the Oakwood apartments, along with comic Garrett Morris and members of the band White Lion. Producer Gil Norton also moved into the apartment complex.
Bossanova is a Canadian musical group formed in Vancouver in 1997. The principal member is guitarist/vocalist Chris Storrow. The group currently has released one 7 inch, one EP, one LP, and has contributed to several compilations.
Their most recent release is Hey, Sugar on Teenbeat Records. Now, you talk about that Bohagus boy. You know him, Billy Bohagus? They
found him last week out behind the barn [dramatic pause] with his math
teacher, his Scout leader, and the local minister, and that boy had the
nerve to say it was part of a biology project. We killed him; had no
other choice.
Part 3
-------------
I saw you naked, you were chasin' a pig
So I led the police to your house and showed 'em where to dig
You thought you could live in peace
But I saw you naked and I called the police
I saw you naked and I saw the terrible things that you did
I saw you naked and you know it made me sick
I saw you naked, you were campin' with scouts
I know they earned some merit badges when the lights went out
How could you touch those children?
I saw you naked, you were holdin' a trout
I saw you naked and I saw the terrible things that you did
I saw you naked and you know it made me sick
Don't you kids try this solo at home
That man is a trained professional
I saw you naked, you were up in a tree
Were you gonna jump on the paper boy? I hadda wait and see
Were you afraid of squirrels? Poison Ivy?
I saw you naked, you were singin' "Born Free"
"Born Free"
I saw you naked and I saw the terrible things that you did
I saw you naked and you know it made me sick
