Cold as Ice is the debut album by rapper Charli Baltimore, released promotionally on August 3, 1999 through Epic Records. It was originally titled "To Hell & Back", with a release date of April 28, 1999. The album did not make it to any Billboard charts since it did not see a public release, but the single "Stand Up" reached #9 on the Hot Rap Singles. Guests on the album include Ghostface Killah, Da Brat, Lady of Rage, Gangsta Boo, Mobb Deep, Cam'ron, N.O.R.E., and producer DJ Premier. Baltimore also recorded a collaboration with former friend Ma$e entitled "Ice," but the song's prominent sample of Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" could not be cleared. The album has now been released as a digital download on iTunes, with "Money" being a separate download from the Woo Soundtrack.
In 2002, it was revealed that producer Irv Gotti had produced two tracks for the album in 1998 but never made the final cut of the album.
"Ice" featuring Mase (produced by Tumblin' Dice) was not included, as sample clearance could not be obtained for the samples of Queen and David Bowie's 1981 song "Under Pressure".

Cold as Ice (1992) is a science fiction novel by Charles Sheffield. The setting takes place in the late 21st Century with humans having colonized the Solar System, and a terrible civil war recently resolved in which 50% of humanity was wiped out. The plot follows an eclectic group of characters sorting out a mystery initiated during the early days of the war. Like most of Sheffield's books, in addition to hard scifi descriptions of a convincing future world, intricate psychologies of the major characters play a crucial role.
Cold as Ice has been through six editions and remains in print more than twenty years after initial publication.
"Cold as Ice" is a 1977 song by British-American rock band Foreigner from their eponymous debut album. It became one of the best known songs of the band in the U.S., peaking at number 6 in the Billboard Hot 100. It was initially the B-side of some versions of the "Feels Like the First Time" 45 rpm single.
"Cold as Ice" was used as the soundtrack for a skit on the March 25, 1978 broadcast of Saturday Night Live that showed a man being attacked by a woman in a number of grisly ways. Host Christopher Lee introduced the segment as being "not for the squeamish".
The song was later sampled by Scott Brown in the song "Ice Cold 2". It was also sampled by M.O.P. in their song "Cold as Ice" from the Warriorz album. It is featured in the video game Rock Band 3. American rapper and producer Kanye West used a sample of the record as part of an intro for his song "Cold" during his set at the Glastonbury Festival 2015.
The song has appeared as Track 2 on their debut album, their live album, and Complete Greatest Hits.
