"To Me" is a song written by Mike Reid and Mack David, and recorded by American country music artists Lee Greenwood and Barbara Mandrell as a duet. It was released in July 1984 as the first single from the album Meant for Each Other. The song reached number 3 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.
Bonny may refer to:
"Bonny" is an instrumental performed by Australian hard rock band AC/DC, based on the traditional Scottish ballad The Bonnie Banks O' Loch Lomond. Originally recorded by the band in 1976 as "Fling Thing", it was released on the B-side of the "Jailbreak" single, and more recently, on Backtracks.
After the death of the band's original lead singer, Bon Scott, it continued to be featured in the band's live set, arguably as a tribute to him. However, the song is only played at every gig held in Glasgow, Scotland, such as, for example, the show on June 30, 2009 during the band's Black Ice World Tour. A recorded live version of the track with its alternative title of "Bonny" was featured on AC/DC's live album, Live: 2 CD Collector's Edition, recorded at the only Scottish date of the Razors Edge World Tour. Those who listen carefully can hear the fans sing the words. Only Angus Young plays the riff to this song.
Lyrics
Keep the cold lonely world to my bedroom for a while
Sit here beside my and let me see you smile
For when I'm alone minutes are eternity so for a few fleeting moments cling to me
Cling to me and let the sunshine of your sweet love come in
Before I remember what a fool I have been
Even though we have started a love that just can't be
For a few fleeting moments cling to me
[ guitar ]
Cling to me and let the sunshine...
