by: Clifton Brown

Right now!
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can understan it, cross it,
Nobody canna cross it, is only fisherman an a fisherwoman, trust mi;
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can manage the water,
Is only so dem come ovah, or if we around to help them.
No body can swim, cause if yuh cannot swim, yuh cannot cross it,
No body canna cross it, if we around to help them ovah;
Fisherman can cross it, an a fisherwoman cross it, cross it,
Cannot swim, trust mi yuh going to St. Thomas pond.
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can understan it, cross it,
Nobody canna cross it, is only fisherman an a fisherwoman, trust mi;
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can manage the water,
Is only so dem come ovah, or if we around to help them.
Not all the vehicle can cross it, this vehicle canna cross it;
We lock away in the wilderness, nobody cross it,
Yesterday the bus was coming from town, a bus load a people, is just the mercy of god why the buss don't go over;
The bus can swim!, the bus can swim, the bus can swim;
Believe it or not, the bus can swim;
Yesterday the bus was coming from town, the bus can cross it,
The last time hurricane, wi affi bury up di top,
Nobody nuffi walk, di bus can swim,
Nobody nuffi walk, di bus can cross it.
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can understan it, cross it,
Nobody canna cross it, is only fisherman an a fisherwoman, trust mi;
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can manage the water,
Is only so dem come ovah, or if we around to help them.
I'm very concerned, very concerned, cause nobody can cross it;
Not even the kids dem can go to school, trust mi,
Because nobody canna cross it, fisherman an a fisherwoman can cross it, like them understan it,
Cannot swim trust mi, yuh gone to St. Thomas pond,
Nobody canna cross it, is only who understan it, cross it;
Nobody canna cross it, is only fisherman an a fisherwoman, trust mi;
Nobody canna cross it, is only who can manage the water, is only so dem come ovah, or if we around to help them;
Nobody canna cross it, nobody cross it,
Is only who can swim cross it, cross it.
