Cleaner

A cleaner is a type of industrial or domestic worker who cleans homes or commercial premises for payment. Cleaners may specialise in cleaning particular things or places, such as window cleaners. Cleaners often work when the people who otherwise occupy the space are not around. They may clean offices at night or houses during the workday.

The 2000 film Bread and Roses by British director Ken Loach depicted the struggle of cleaners in Los Angeles, California to fight for better pay and working conditions, and the right to join a union. In an interview with the BBC in 2001, Loach stated that thousands of cleaners from around 30 countries have since contacted him with tales similar to the one told in the film.

Types of cleaners

The cleaning industry is quite big as there are different types of cleaning required depending on the shape and size of object or property. If you want to get an office space cleaned then you would require the services of a commercial cleaner whereas if you want to clean your house then you would require domestic cleaning services. Depending on the task, even these categories can be sub divided such as Bond cleaners, carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaners, window cleaners, car cleaning services etc. Different types of cleaners specialize in their own industry, you cannot ask a window cleaner to do a marvelous job at carpet cleaning. Cleaners (TV series)

Cleaners is an American action series directed by Paul Leyden, and writing by Paul Leyden and Morgan O'Neill. The series stars Emmanuelle Chriqui, Gina Gershon, Emily Osment, David Arquette, Missi Pyle and Laura Alemán, and premiered on Crackle on October 3, 2013. On May 3, 2014, the series was renewed for a second season.

Plot

Season 1

Two gorgeous young women (Emmanuelle Chriqui and Emily Osment) who turn out to be a team of highly trained and lethal contract killers. While on an errand for their boss (Gina Gershon), the job goes bad and the duo quickly find themselves as the target of their boss client, the FBI (David Arquette) and even their own boss whose team of assassins is now out to eliminate them.

Season 2

Opens on a Caribbean island two weeks after the end of season one. Veronica (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Roxie (Emily Osment) realize they have not escaped their past just yet. The female assassins find themselves trying to take down a major drug cartel and are entangled in the trappings of Mother (Gina Gershon), who is trying to hunt them down. All the while, Agent Barnes (David Arquette) is on a mission to take down Mother.

Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne

Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne is a third-person shooter video game developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Rockstar Games. The game is a sequel to Max Payne and is followed by the game Max Payne 3.

In Max Payne 2, the player controls Max Payne, a former DEA agent for the New York City Police Department (NYPD) and a fugitive framed for murder of his best friend and fellow cop Alex, by the corrupted agent, B.B., in New York City during the events of Max Payne. Two years after the events of the first game, Max has cleared his name and is now an NYPD detective. He reunites with Mona Sax, whom he met in the previous game, as they set out to resolve a conspiracy of death and betrayal, finding the Inner Circle in the center of it all.

Video game critics gave Max Payne 2 highly positive reviews. Praise focused on its action and story, while criticism targeted its short length. Despite the positive reception, the game sold poorly, leading Rockstar Games' parent company Take-Two Interactive to cite Max Payne 2's sales as a cause for the company's reforecast finances of 2004. Max Payne 2 received several industry awards, including Outstanding Art Direction at the Golden Satellite Awards 2004, and Editors' Choice Awards from GamePro, IGN, and GameSpy.
