Citywest (Irish: Iarthar na Cathrach) is the name of a business park and neighbouring golf resort just north and northwest of Saggart in County Dublin, Ireland. The nearest major town is Tallaght. The business park has developed a small residential population in recent years. The River Camac passes north of the business park, and two of its tributaries pass through it.
Originally a landed property known as Tassaggart, located north of Saggart village, well to the west of Tallaght, and largely south of what became the Naas dual carriageway (now the M7 / N7), the Citywest concept was launched by Irish construction firm Davy Holdings, who began building the business park in the early 1990s, and Jim Mansfield, who managed the hotel and leisure aspects of the project. They then named the modern developments Citywest.
A substantial golf course, the Citywest and Hibernian Golf Club, now simply Citywest Golf Resort, was laid-out. The Citywest Hotel, the largest in Ireland, with over 1,700 rooms, was built adjacent to this. The hotel, golf resort and related developments were placed in receivership in mid-2010.
CityWest, formerly known as CityTel, is a city-owned corporation that provides wireline and internet services in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. CityWest also purchased Monarch Cablesystems' assets, which were split between the former CityTel and Shaw Communications.
It has been in operation since 1910. On August 10, 2005, the City of Prince Rupert (the company's sole shareholder) reorganized CityTel into a new company, called the City West Group of Companies, through the holding company "City West Cable and Telephone Corporation", or CityWest, as it is now known. On October 1, 2005, the company had purchased all of Monarch Cablesystems's Northern British Columbia cable assets, and its service area had expanded accordingly. CityTel had contracted Ledcor Group of Companies to construct a fiber-optic link to Terrace, and now offers digital cable television in that area (as of June 2007) and in Prince Rupert (as of September 2007), with digital cable announced to soon arrive in Kitimat
Hell...
Strange visions into my mind
Suffering of a life without sence
Screams rebound in my void
Life in the limbo of ureal
Hell in myself is burning my brain again
...Why? ...again?
Who wants to destroy our hopes?
Who wants to control our thoughts?
Hell...
Madness is enetring my soul
I can't escape from this trap
Claustrophoby of existence
Cage of power close my eyes
I'm alone against my breath
Silence breaks in the air,
Lights tell me I'm alive
Fear to live, no fear to die...
