City View, Ottawa

City View (also known as St. Claire Gardens) is a neighbourhood in College Ward in the west end of the city of Ottawa, Canada. It is located within the former city of Nepean.

Most of the homes were built in the 1930s-1940's. By the 2000s some of the home were demolished and built into new ones; and they still are today.

The area existed as a police village from 1954 to 1974. Despite being in a suburban part of the city, due to its older history, the neighbourhood is set up with a grid pattern of streets. The village limits followed Baseline Road on the north to Clyde Avenue, then around Kerry, Gilbey and Capilano Streets, Merivale Road on the east to Palsen St to Perry St to Meadowlands Drive on the south to Withrow St and Canter Blvd on the west to Rutherford St and Algonquin College. According to the Canada 2011 Census, the population of this area was approximately 3,321. The neighbourhood is right next to Algonquin College, and contains Elizabeth Wynwood High School. It contains a number of small parks; St. Nicholas Park, Starwood Park, City View Park and Doug Frobel Park. The neighbourhood also contains the Nepean Museum. The City View Curling Club is on the other side of Merivale on Capilano Drive.

City View (Pittsburgh)

City View is a 300 ft (91m) highrise in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was completed in 1964 and has 24 floors. It is tied with the Commonwealth Building and The Carlyle for the 26th tallest building in Pittsburgh. It was designed by I.M. Pei. From its inception in 1964 until 2014 it was known as "Washington Plaza".

Khalifa is the sixth studio album by American rapper Wiz Khalifa. It was released on February 5, 2016, by Atlantic Records, Rostrum Records and Taylor Gang Records. It is his first album of original material since Blacc Hollywood (2014). The album features guest appearances from Travi$ Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, Rico Love, Courtney Noelle, Juicy J, Chevy Woods, J.R Donato and his son Sebastian.

The album's lead single, "Bake Sale" featuring Travis Scott, was released for purchase and streaming on January 21, 2016. It was produced by TM88, Juicy J, Lex Luger, DJ Spinz and Crazy Mike. In December 2015, Wiz Khalifa previewed the track and then announced that it would be included on his album Khalifa. The instrumental for the song originally appeared in the song "Order More" by G-Eazy, included on his album When It's Dark Out (2015). Due to ownership issues, Juicy J recreated the beat on the song for Wiz Khalifa, along with the co-producers. On the chart dated on February 13, it debuted and peaked at number 56 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
