Chris Taylor (attorney)
Christopher Normand "Chris" Taylor is a Canadian entertainment lawyer and an influential music industry executive.
Taylor was raised in Windsor, Ontario and graduated with a Communications degree in 1987, and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990 (the oldest law school in Canada). After graduating from law school he founded rock/reggae group, One, signing with Virgin Records in 1994 and was lead vocalist until 1995. The group released four albums including 1994’s, Smokin’ The Goats which included 2 Top 40 singles, "Wide Load" and "54-46". One performed widely throughout North America earning a reputation as one of the country's finest live bands. In 1996 Taylor returned to finish law school articles and was called to the Bar in 1997. In 1998, via his former manager Chris Smith, he discovered Nelly Furtado and assisted with introducing her talents to record companies in the United States. Shortly following Furtado’s rise Taylor played a vital role in introducing Sum 41 to the music industry. More recently he has been working for rap phenom, Drake.

Chris Taylor (born March 6, 1972) is a retired professional ice hockey player who has played for the Rochester Americans in the American Hockey League. He is currently the Assistant Coach for the Amerks.
Playing career
Taylor had a stellar junior career with the London Knights and graduated from the team as their all-time points leader with 378 (he has since been passed by Corey Perry, who graduated with 380 points). His professional career has been less impressive: Taylor was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft (2nd round, 27th overall), and played for the Islanders, the Boston Bruins and Buffalo Sabres of the NHL, but he bounced between the NHL and the minor leagues most of the time before taking his game overseas when he signed with the Frankfurt Lions of Germany's Deutsche Eishockey Liga before the 2006–07 season.
On July 16, 2009, Taylor agreed to a two-year contract with the Rochester Americans, a team he had already played for from 1999 through 2006.

Christopher David "Chris" Taylor (born 20 December 1986) is an English professional footballer who plays for Blackburn Rovers. He primarily plays as a midfielder. Born in Oldham, he played for his hometown club Oldham Athletic on a professional level from 2005 until his departure in 2012, after rejecting a new contract with the club.

Taylor, who is a lifelong Oldham fan, signed a professional contract with his hometown club,where a scout colin shaw scouted him and where he had been a trainee, on 1 August 2005. He made his debut for the club in a 3–0 home win over Nottingham Forest in the 2005–06 season, during which he made a further thirteen league appearances. In the 2006–07 season he made 51 appearances.
On 3 March 2007, Taylor scored his first professional goal in a 1–1 draw with Carlisle United. After waiting 51 games for his first goal, Taylor then scored twice in a 4–0 demolition of Doncaster Rovers in his next game. He then made it four goals from three games with a goal against Leyton Orient in his next game. In April 2007 he signed a new three-year contract until summer 2010.
