Chant (band)
CHANT is a tribal-industrial drum project from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2004, CHANT has performed with bands such as Lords of Acid, Angelspit, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, Pigface, KMFDM, Combichrist, and more.
History
Bradley Bills began CHANT as an experimental "self-indulgent drum project" to promote himself to other bands. After gaining traction in live performances, CHANT became a project in itself, collaborating with members of the Butthole Surfers, Skrew, Skatnigs, Pigface, and The Razorblade Dolls to record and co-produce CHANT’s two independently released albums: That Which Divides in 2007 and Strong Words For Strong People in 2010.
In 2013, CHANT added live member Kristopher Robin and joined KMFDM on their 2013 U.S. tour.
