CC's

CC's (pronounced cee-cees) is a brand of flavoured tortilla chips produced since the early 1980s, originally by The Smith's Snackfood Company, and currently by Snack Brands Australia. CC's are predominantly sold in Australia and come in assorted flavours. CC's were also sold in New Zealand until Bluebird Foods (the owner of the CC's brand in New Zealand) decided to locally produce the American brand Doritos in March 2010. The chips are made of ground corn, vegetable oil, and seasoning. The full ingredients list is vegetable oils (sunflower, palmolein), milk solids (cheese powder), food acids (270, 330, 331), flavour enhancers (621, 627, 631), starch (wheat, maize), vegetable powders (onion, tomato, garlic), salt, sugar, herbs, spice (cumin), flavour (natural and nature identical), yeast extract, vegetable extract (soy, wheat), antioxidants (304, 306).

Flavours

CC's have three main flavours, original, tasty cheese and nacho cheese. From time to time CC's release tangy BBQ flavor.

Koenigsegg CC8S

The Koenigsegg CC8S is a mid-engine sports car, the first produced by Swedish automaker Koenigsegg and the first production car to use dihedral syncro helix actuation doors, a feature that has become a trademark of the brand. At its introduction it won several awards, including the Guinness World Record for the Most Powerful Production Engine and design awards from both Red Dot in Germany and Utmärkt Svensk Form in Sweden.

Development

The CC8S was developed from the CC prototype. Despite limited resources, the chassis, suspension, brakes, and several other components were custom-designed by Koenigsegg. Although the car's design was unique and received great amounts of attention, Koenigsegg decided to bring the CC prototype to the Cannes Film Festival in 1997 to further promote the car. The public's reaction to the car was favorable and international contacts were made. Koenigsegg's confidence was elevated by this and the decision was made to prepare the CC8S for production. Five years later the CC8S model entered production, but only 6 cars were produced before it was replaced by the more powerful CCR model.
