Caprice (1913 film)

Caprice is a 1913 silent film produced by Daniel Frohman and Adolph Zukor(his Famous Players Film Company) and starring Mary Pickford. J. Searle Dawley directed. Though Zukor helped finance the film it was distributed on a 'State's Rights' arrangement primarily since no Paramount Pictures had yet to exist. The story of this film had been acted on the stage by a young Minnie Maddern Fiske in the 1880s, one of her earliest successes as an adult actress. The same story gives Pickford the chance to arise to the height of a fine actress instead of just merely a popular performer. This film is lost.

Caprice has an open kitchen design. Its design incorporates a chef's table behind the kitchen for up to eight people. The restaurant also includes a private dining room, with seating for up to 12 guests. Adjacent to the restaurant is Caprice Bar (opened January 2013).

    Rasā

Rasa (rásā रसा) means "moisture, humidity" in Vedic Sanskrit, and appears as the name of a western tributary of the Indus in the Rigveda (verse 5.53.9).

In RV 9.41.6, RV 10.108 and in the Nirukta of Yaska, it is the name of a mythical stream supposed to flow round the earth and the atmosphere (compare Oceanus), also referring to the underworld in the Mahabharata and the Puranas (compare Styx).

The corresponding term in Avestan is Ranha. In the Vendidad, Ranha is mentioned just after Hapta-Həṇdu, and may possibly refer to the ocean (Sethna 1992).

    Cobra's Eyes

    by: Dim Mak

Cold, so cold they can forget
All the violence beget in the name
    Faithless, pure existence left
No soul was ever there to be saved
    Cold like cobra's eyes
    Cold like cobra's eyes
    Clarity, purity of intent
Fear is just a weapon for the brave
    Emotionless, frozen weapon set
    Glacier slicing like a blade
Stoic in a bitter winter staved
    Resolute, sentinel at the gate
    Silently internalizing rage
    Cold like cobra's eyes
    Cold like cobra's eyes
    Look into the cobra's eyes
    A cobra's eyes
    Look into a cobra's eyes
    Purity
    In a cobra's eyes
    There is purity
Cold, so cold they can forget
All the violence beget in the name
    Faithless, pure existence left
