Burgettstown, Pennsylvania
Burgettstown is a borough in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The population was 1,576 according to the 2000 census.
History
Burgettstown was laid out in 1795 by Sebastian Burgett, and named for him.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), all of it land.

The racial makeup of the borough was 96.26% White, 1.46% African American, 0.06% Native American, 0.06% Asian, 0.51% from other races, and 1.65% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.47% of the population.
