Tatana Sterba (born October 7, 1976 in Uherské Hradiště, Czechoslovakia (now in the Czech Republic) as Taťána Štěrbová (pronounced [ˈtacaːna ˈʃcɛrbovaː]), in 1980 the family emigrated to Switzerland) is a dance and trance producer better known under her alias DJ Tatana.
Tatana is one of the most successful artists of the 2000s in the Swiss charts, with several successful trance albums since her debut album 24 Carat was released in February 2000.
Tatana's Swiss chart debut came in May 1999, with the release of the single "End Of Time", a collaboration with DJ Energy. The single was not a chart success, but put her on the map in the Swiss trance genre. The No. 14 single "More Than Words – Street Parade Hymn '99" followed, along with "Dream Off" and then her early 2000 debut album. Her debut album made No. 9 in the charts, but despite its success, no further singles followed from the album.
Tatana returned in November 2000 with her album Pure Elements, but again, no singles followed. Tatana had appeared to have abandoned releasing singles by this point, and released a third album, entitled Pink Punk, in May 2001. The album peaked at No. 5 and was at the time her biggest success to date.
"Breathe" is a song recorded by Canadian rock band Nickelback. It was released on November 20, 2000, as the third single from the album The State. It was the second multi-format rock hit from the album in the United States, peaking at number ten on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and number 21 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart. The song is also featured on MuchMusic's Big Shiny Tunes 5 compilation album and is also featured in the 2002 fantasy film, Clockstoppers.
"Breathe" is the title of the debut single by the French dance music group Télépopmusik. It features guest vocals by singer Angela McCluskey and appears on the group's 2001 album Genetic World.
Released as a single throughout 2002, "Breathe" reached #42 on the UK Singles Chart in March of that year. The single was released late in the year in the US, and it reached its peak chart positions on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart (#9) and the Hot 100 chart (#78) in February 2003.
"Breathe" was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category Best Dance Recording at the ceremony held in February 2004, losing out to "Come into My World" by Kylie Minogue.
The song was reviewed favorably by Chris Long at the BBC, who described McCluskey's vocals as "breathless" and said the single was "a deliciously silky track that lolls by a holiday pool and enjoys the sunshine."
"Breathe" was featured in an advertising campaign by the automobile company Mitsubishi in 2003 to promote its Outlander model, and in the UK by Peugeot in 2002 to promote the 307. "Breathe" was also featured in the advertising campaign by Visa Europe in their "Love Every Day" campaign.
Respire (also known as Breathe) is a 2014 French drama film based on the novel of the same name by Anne-Sophie Brasme. Remix is a Candan Erçetin album. There are remixes of "Neden" in this album. There is also a song named "Yazık Oldu" which is a song from Pjer Žalica's movie Fuse.
"Remix (I Like The)" is a song by American pop group New Kids on the Block from their sixth studio album, 10. The song was released as the album's lead single on January 28, 2013. "Remix (I Like The)" was written by Lars Halvor Jensen, Johannes Jørgensen, and Lemar, and it was produced by Deekay. The song features Donnie Wahlberg and Joey McIntyre on lead vocals.
"Remix (I Like The)" did not enter the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, becoming their first lead single to fail charting since "Be My Girl" (1986). Instead, the song peaked at number 38 on the Adult Pop Songs chart.
PopCrush gave the song 3.5 stars out of five. In her review Jessica Sager wrote, "The song sounds like an adult contemporary answer to The Wanted mixed with Bruno Mars‘ ‘Locked Out of Heaven.’ It has a danceable beat like many of the British bad boys’ tracks, but is stripped down and raw enough to pass for Mars’ latest radio smash as well." Carl Williott of Idolator commended the song's chorus, but criticized its "liberal use of Auto-Tune" and compared Donnie Wahlberg's vocals to Chad Kroeger.
Remix was an Indian television series produced by Rose Audio Visuals, which used to air on STAR One. It was a hit among teenagers and had reruns on the same channel. The series is a remake of the popular Argentine soap Rebelde Way.
The story is based on the lives of 12th-grade students in an elite school called "Maurya High" for the kids of the rich and the famous, and scholarship students from poorer families.
The four main characters are Tia Ahuja (a fashion entrepreneur's only daughter: Sumit Ahuja), Anvesha Ray Banerjee (a Bollywood filmstar's only daughter: Sonia Ray), Yuvraaj Dev (brat son of India's politician: Yashwant Dev), and Ranveer Sisodia (a Rajasthani royal who comes to Maurya to avenge the death of his father which wasn't really Sumit Ahuja's fault). They form the music group "Remix" and become the singing sensation of the decade.
The story also brings into play other elements that shape the destiny of the four protagonists and many others.
