The discography of The Fray, an American piano rock band, consists of four studio albums, three live albums, one compilation album, five extended plays, twelve singles, one promotional single and ten music videos. The members of the group met in a music store in Denver – independently, positive coverage from many local media outlets brought them to the attention of Epic Records, who signed them in 2004. The Fray's debut studio album, How to Save a Life, was released in 2005. Five singles were released from the album in total: the first two, "Over My Head (Cable Car)" and the album's title track, both reached the top ten of the US Billboard Hot 100 and were certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA): the latter also topped the Irish singles chart and reached number 4 in the United Kingdom.
The Fray's second album, The Fray, was inspired by a series of trips they took to Rwanda, and featured production from Brendan O'Brien. After its release in February 2009, The Fray became their first album to top the US Billboard 200, and also reached the top ten of the Canadian and United Kingdom albums charts. Its release was preceded by the release of the single "You Found Me", which reached number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was also certified triple platinum by the RIAA. It also achieved success in Australia, where it topped the singles chart and was certified double platinum by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA). A plan is typically any diagram or list of steps with timing and resources, used to achieve an objective. See also strategy. It is commonly understood as a temporal set of intended actions through which one expects to achieve a goal. For spatial or planar topologic or topographic sets see map.
Plans can be formal or informal:
The most popular ways to describe plans are by their breadth, time frame, and specificity; however, these planning classifications are not independent of one another. For instance, there is a close relationship between the short- and long-term categories and the strategic and operational categories.
Plans are a set of drawings or two-dimensional diagrams used to describe a place or object, or to communicate building or fabrication instructions. Usually plans are drawn or printed on paper, but they can take the form of a digital file.
These plans are used in a range of fields from architecture, urban planning, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering to systems engineering.
Plans are often for technical purposes such as architecture, engineering, or planning. Their purpose in these disciplines is to accurately and unambiguously capture all the geometric features of a site, building, product or component. Plans can also be for presentation or orientation purposes, and as such are often less detailed versions of the former. The end goal of plans is either to portray an existing place or object, or to convey enough information to allow a builder or manufacturer to realize a design.
The term "plan" may casually be used to refer to a single view, sheet, or drawing in a set of plans. More specifically a plan view is an orthographic projection looking down on the object, such as in a floor plan.
"Plans" is the second single from Australian alternative rock band Birds of Tokyo's self-titled third album, Birds of Tokyo. The song proved to be their most successful single to date, peaking at #11 on the Australian Singles Chart and becoming their first ever single to hit the top 50 in Australia. "Plans" was performed by the group at the 2010 ARIA Awards, in which the song was nominated for "Single of the Year". It was voted #4 in Triple J's Hottest 100 countdown of 2010. As of September 2012, "Plans" has been certified triple platinum by ARIA with sales exceeding 210,000.
In an interview with Triple J, frontman Ian Kenny said regarding the song:
"When you're writing records, every now and then you come across a bit of a stone in the road in the writing process, and you start questioning things. 'Plans' just wasn't coming together the way we thought it should, so we put the song down for a bit, and when we returned to it — I don't remember what we did differently — it came together. We got the demo and went, 'Yep, that's got something in its guts.'"
Whatchu wanna do?
Whatchu trying to say?
Do you wanna play?
Do you wanna go?
Whatchu wanna do?
Whatchu trying to say?
Do you wanna play?
Do you wanna play with me?
Ooh, baby take your time
'Cuz I know you got somebody, baby
And I know you want me so
So later meet me here at 10 o'clock, oh
But I can't call you on the phone
'Cuz you got someone at home
So hit me on my cell, 275 4321
I know that you wanna be with me tonight
Break your plans with your man
'Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
Oh baby, understand
I'm ready if you're willing
(I'm ready to get down)
To take a chance
'Cuz if he finds out
He might not like it
(He might not feel [Incomprehensible])
So keep it on the down low
Don't tell nobody, oh no
What goes on between us
Stays between us
Some might say that it's cheating
But all I'm doin' is creepin'
'Cuz all I know is I got you feinin', feinin'
I know that you wanna be with me tonight
Break your plans with your man
'Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know you want me
Let's get busy tonight, lady
Break your plans with your man
Do you wanna play?
(Do you wanna play, baby?)
(Oh, do you wanna play?)
I know, I know, I know, I know
I know that you wanna be with me tonight
Break your plans with your man
'Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me tonight
Break your plans with your man
'Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me tonight
Break your plans with your man
'Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
Baby, break your plans with your man
I know that you wanna be with me tonight
Break your plans with your man
'Cuz you been thinking about me all day long
