Bravely Second: End Layer

Bravely Second: End Layer (Japanese: ブレイブリーセカンド エンドレイヤー, Hepburn: Bureiburī Sekando: Endo Reiyā) is a Japanese role-playing video game developed by Silicon Studio and Square Enix for the Nintendo 3DS, and is the sequel to Bravely Default. It was released by Square Enix in Japan on April 23, 2015, and is planned to be released by Nintendo in North America, Europe, and Australia in 2016.

Gameplay

The game, like its predecessor, is a role-playing video game, and reuses the battle system implemented in Bravely Default.

Story

The game takes place in the same universe as Bravely Default, occurring two and a half years after the events of the first game. Awakening from a coma, Tiz Arrior is rescued by Magnolia Arch, a young woman from the moon who is the last of the Ba'al Busters. The two are later joined by an Orthodoxy swordsman named Yew Geneolgia, a bodyguard to his religion's new leader Agnès Oblige; and Tiz's comrade Edea Lee, who has become leader of Eternia's Imperial Guard knights. The four search for Agnès after she has been abducted by the mysterious Kaiser Oblivion and his cryst-fairy Anne. According to Asano, the game explores more of the land of Luxendarc.

Bravely Default

Bravely Default, known as Bravely Default: Flying Fairy (ブレイブリーデフォルト フライングフェアリー, Bureiburī Deforuto: Furaingu Fearī) in Japan, is a role-playing video game by Square Enix for the Nintendo 3DS, a spiritual successor to the 2010 video game Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light. Originally released in Japan in 2012, the game was developed by Silicon Studio. On April 17, 2013, the game was announced to be released in Europe and Australia in 2013 and North America in 2014, published by Nintendo. An updated version, titled Bravely Default: For the Sequel (ブレイブリーデフォルト フォーザ・シークウェル, Bureiburī Deforuto: Fōza Shīkuweru), was released in Japan on December 5, 2013. The Western versions of the game are based on the updated version. The game's job and battle system are similar to Final Fantasy V. It features augmented reality in the gameplay.Bravely Default revolves around four young heroes as they journey across Luxendarc in an attempt to save it from destruction by reawakening its four crystals.

Default (law)

In law, a default is the failure to do something required by law or to appear at a required time in legal proceedings.

In the United States, for example, when a party has failed to file meaningful response to pleadings within the time allowed, with the result that only one side of a controversy has been presented to the court, the party who has pleaded a claim for relief and received no response may request entry of default. In some jurisdictions the court may proceed to enter judgment immediately: others require that the plaintiff file a notice of intent to take the default judgment and serve it on the unresponsive party. If this notice is not opposed, or no adequate justification for the delay or lack of response is presented, then the plaintiff is entitled to judgment in his favor. Such a judgment is referred to as a "default judgment" and, unless otherwise ordered, has the same effect as a judgment entered in a contested case.

It is possible to vacate or remove the default judgment, depending on the particular state's law.

Default (Atoms for Peace song)

"Default" is a 2012 single by the English supergroup Atoms for Peace. It was released as a digital download on 10 September 2012 and on 12" vinyl on 4 December 2012. This was the first non-remixed track released by the band and featured on their debut album, Amok.

History

While scheduled for release on 10 September 2012, "Default" was made available for sale on iTunes on 6 September. At this point, Thom Yorke announced on the Radiohead website details of the song's release, saying, "The first tune we'd like you to hear is Default. A 12" vinyl version will follow next month and an album will eventually follow that next year." On 26 September, details of the vinyl release were announced, stating that the track "What the Eyeballs Did" would serve as the single's B-side.
