Barrett Barnes

Barrett Alexander Barnes (born July 29, 1991) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.

Barnes played college baseball at Texas Tech University. After his junior year, he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the first round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft. He signed with the Pirates and made his professional debut with the State College Spikes. He spent 2013 with the West Virginia Power, 2014 with the Gulf Coast Pirates, West Virginia and Bradenton Marauders and 2015 with Bradenton and Altoona Curve. Barnes missed numerous games from 2013 to 2015 due to injuries.

Wilfredo Boscán

Wilfredo José Boscán Fernández (born October 26, 1989) is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.

Brad Chalk

Bradley W. Chalk (born 20 January 1986) is an American former baseball player for the Altoona Curve, Double-A Eastern League affiliates of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Chalk attended Riverside High School, where he was named a high school All-American by the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper. He played three season of college baseball for Clemson, where he majored in sports management.

He entered the MLB draft following his 2007 junior season. He was selected in the 2nd round by the San Diego Padres and signed for a bonus of $300,000. In preparation for the jump to Double-A, in the off-season, Chalk bulked up to 190 lbs. from his weight last season of 180 lbs.

On December 9, 2010, Chalk was claimed by the Pittsburgh Pirates from the San Diego Padres in the AAA portion of the Rule 5 draft. On March 27, 2012, Chalk was released by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Coaching career

For the 2013 season, Chalk returned to Clemson to complete his degree. He served as a student assistant coach for the baseball team.
