Bout (song)
"Bout" is the sixth single from British R&B artist Jamelia and the first single from her second album Thank You. Overall, "Bout" is fairly ignored as a single and "Superstar" is widely regarded to be the first single from the album. "Bout" was the single that bought Jamelia back into the public eye, after being away for three years. The song samples Bill Conti's Gonna Fly Now. The single was a minor hit, in fact it was the smallest hit from Thank You, managing to peak at #37 on the UK Singles Chart, spending only two weeks inside the UK Top 75.
There were two videos shot for "Bout" but the one that featured Rah Digga has never been commercially released, because Jamelia was unhappy with the finished product. The video was re-shot but without Rah Digga because she had other commitments. The second video did, however, retain Rah Digga's rap.

HIS (Herstellerinitiative Software, German for 'OEM software initiative') is an interest group consisting of the car manufacturers Audi, BMW, Daimler AG, Porsche and Volkswagen.

Mutations in Escherichia coli's analogous gene, hisB allows researchers to select only those individuals expressing the HIS3 gene included on a plasmid. The HIS3 gene is coupled to a certain promoter which can only be activated by successful binding of the relevant transcription factors. This is used in certain methods of bacterial two-hybrid screening to allow the survival of E. coli in which a desired protein-DNA or protein-protein interaction is taking place (Joung et al., 2000)

Shit is an English word that is usually considered vulgar and profane in Modern English. As a noun it refers to fecal matter, and as a verb it means to defecate; in the plural ("the shits") it means diarrhea. Shite is also a common variant in British English and Irish English. As a slang term, it has many meanings, including: nonsense, foolishness, something of little value or quality, trivial and usually boastful or inaccurate talk, or a contemptible person. Etymology
The word is likely derived from Old English, having the nouns scite (dung, attested only in place names) and scitte (diarrhoea), and the verb scītan (to defecate, attested only in bescītan, to cover with excrement); eventually it morphed into Middle English schītte (excrement), schyt (diarrhoea) and shiten (to defecate), and it is virtually certain that it was used in some form by preliterate Germanic tribes at the time of the Roman Empire. The word may be further traced to Proto-Germanic *skit-, and ultimately to Proto-Indo-European *skheid- "cut, separate", the same root believed to have become the word shed. The word has several cognates in modern Germanic languages, such as German Scheiße, Dutch schijt, Swedish skit, Icelandic skítur, Norwegian skitt etc. Ancient Greek had 'skōr' (gen. 'skatos' hence 'scato-'), from Proto-Indo-European *sker-, which is likely unrelated.

On December 15, 2013, it was revealed fellow American rappers Schoolboy Q, Jeezy, Pastor Troy, T.I. and Juicy J, were also added to the remix. On December 17, 2013, a remix featuring Drake and Juicy J was released, which appears on DJ Esco's No Sleep mixtape. On December 19, 2013, the "ATL remix" was released which features Pastor Troy, Jeezy and T.I..
