The 2015 Rugby Championship was the fourth edition of the expanded annual southern hemisphere Rugby Championship consisting of Argentina, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
The 2015 Championship was a shorter competition than normal, with each team playing each other once, rather than twice (home and away). This was so that teams had a longer preparation time ahead of the 2015 Rugby World Cup which started on 18 September. However, New Zealand hosted an additional match against Australia in Auckland on 15 August which acted as the second Bledisloe Cup test and as a World Cup warm-up. Argentina hosted a second match against South Africa on the same date.
The tournament was known for sponsorship reasons as The Castle Rugby Championship in South Africa, The Investec Rugby Championship in New Zealand, The Castrol Edge Rugby Championship in Australia and The Personal Rugby Championship in Argentina.
Australia won the Championship, becoming just the second team to win the tournament since 2012. However, including the previous format of the Championship, Australia claimed the title for the first time since 2011, and achieved a 100% win rate for the first time ever in either format.
Endoglin (ENG) is a type I membrane glycoprotein located on cell surfaces and is part of the TGF beta receptor complex. It is also commonly referred to as CD105, END, FLJ41744, HHT1, ORW and ORW1. It has a crucial role in angiogenesis, therefore, making it an important protein for tumor growth, survival and metastasis of cancer cells to other locations in the body.
The human endoglin gene is located on human chromosome 9 with location of the cytogenic band at 9q34.11. Endoglin glycoprotein is encoded by 39,757 bp and translates into 658 amino acids.
The expression of the endoglin gene is usually low in resting endothelial cells. This, however, changes once neoangiogenesis begins and endothelial cells become active in places like tumor vessels, inflamed tissues, skin with psoriasis, vascular injury and during embryogenesis. The expression of the vascular system begins at about 4 weeks and continues after that. Other cells in which endoglin is expressed consist of monocytes, especially those transitioning into macrophages, low expression in normal smooth muscle cells, high expression vascular smooth muscle cells and in kidney and liver tissues undergoing fibrosis.

Over the years The Dandy has had many different strips ranging from comic strips to adventure strips to prose stories. However eventually the Dandy changed from having all these different types of strips to having only comic stips. Prose stories were the first to go being phased out in the 1950s. Adventure Strips were phased out in the 1980s.
Following the end of the print Dandy, The Dandy moved to the internet and became a digital comic and relaunched from Issue 1. The Digital Dandy then relaunched again in April 2013 starting once again from Issue 1.

Boo! is a 1932 American Pre-Code comedy short film by Universal Pictures, directed and written by Albert DeMond.Boo! contains clips of famous horror films, such as The Cat Creeps (1930), Frankenstein (1931) and Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922) and mocks them thoroughly.
Even though this short was produced by Universal Studios, the makers decided not to use footage from the company's own version of Dracula, but instead to use footage from the German expressionist film Nosferatu directed by F. W. Murnau. The only surviving footage of The Cat Creeps -- otherwise considered a lost film -- are the clips included in Boo!
The film starts with a man (Morton Lowry) reading the novel Dracula . The narrator says that they are presenting their own formula for cheap entertainment, a nightmare. They say to eat a real lobster, not the kind they send to congress, have milk, and work up a chill. The man falls asleep.
They then go to a cellar (edited from Nosferatu) where the caretaker Hutter (Gustav von Wagenheim) is making sure all the ghosts are locked up for the night. He sees a coffin. He wants to ask his name and how he feels. It's Dracula (Count Orlok, played by Max Schrek). The caretaker tries to leave, but he keeps coming back. He can't sleep so he sleeps in a hammock (now edited of Albert Venohr). You see Dracula, so the caretaker goes upstairs and returns with a hatchet (now edited of Wolfgang Heinz) and breaks Dracula's coffin. It hurts Dracula, causing him to get up. He then leaves, and sees if it was as close as he thought. He is scared, and Dracula sucks his blood, 'Gush, Gush'. Dracula then goes to sleep for 100 years, until congress does something about the depression.
[Intro x5: Children singing]
"Ain't no second time to appreciate"
[Verse 1: C.L. Smooth]
First of all, you better count your blessings
When you got C.L. now you got bad boy, your connections
In return, while we live and we learn, then you know what it is
To only build a bigger future for the kids
In peace, in war, lets take it to the floor
Every time we take two steps the crowd takes four
Lay the heat, how I come to the street, how I cut through the beef
Let me handle that, that's why you make me chief
It's packed, what they want in this here
Can we weather the storm, six minutes, C.L. Smooth you're on
All the anger and the fear, was in the dressing room prayer
That we came out to light it up and put it in the air
That's real, so holler back at ya boy, step aside Leroy
To all my ladies, who want tickets, enjoy, cause
I spit it and you gotta get with it and you'll never forget it
Yes, I want the best out, count 'em all
[Chorus]
"Ain't no second time to appreciate"
To the fans and to all my people that supported us
"Ain't no second time to appreciate"
To the mama and the daddy and everything they taught us
"Ain't no second time to appreciate"
Tell them kids they gotta stay in school or ride with us
"Ain't no second time to appreciate"
When it all goes down, baby, All We Got Is Us
[Verse 2: C.L. Smooth]
You tell 'em this is history in the making, avoiding disasters
This run is for the green jacket, I fit, the masters
My crew havin' business, save, put it in through my office
The security is tight and the secretary is gorgeous
That's official, me and Pete in the lab, that's what they want
Pushin that real hip hop, up to the front
The game's been good to me, preserved my youth
Not only, did it capture my goals and told me the truth
Look out my hustle, made a living, paid and driven
See why they tour around the world came to save us from prison
It's great, I rather love than hate
You think it fell out the sky, I'm here to tell you, why believe in faith
Hard work, payin of and them wishes comin' true
Bolt open and you out to lunch, and left us two
Now you know we can't let that pass to get that cash
We in the big numbers, count 'em all
[Chorus]
[Verse 3: C.L. Smooth]
Why my Uncle Doc left me everything when he died, and
When pop passed, two weeks later I cried, and
When great grandma left it all went crazy now
All I had left was grandma Pam, that's my baby
Can't talk bad about me, she tell 'em, why we need to give her
All those roses while she could smell 'em
I live this moment used to stay how we was
How my mother came to her in a dream and told her
Corey will come out of this deep dark depression, stand by me
Give my insight a resurrection and heal me
And feel me, what you got is to love, got a thing
This little woman who brought back the thug, let's grind
Ghetto's Of The Mind while I'm in my prime
I left, so y'all can catch up, I'm ahead of my time
Your legacy and that lazy boy say it ain't fear
My next generation triple my digits, add 'em up like
