Bite It is the debut album by Scottish rock band Whiteout, released in 1995 (see 1995 in music). The album includes two of the overall four previously released singles by the band, namely "No Time" and "Jackie's Racing". Another single, "Detroit", was not part of the original album but added as a bonus track to certain subsequent releases of Bite It, making "Starrclub" the only Whiteout single not released on a proper album (although it was re-released on the Japanese EP No Time). The album was available on both CD and vinyl.

The Japanese edition features two additional tracks:
"Van Song" was also available as a limited 7-inch vinyl single backed with a cover version of the Rolling Stones' "Rocks Off". This single was never released commercially but given away as a promotional item. The first 100 concert attendees at each venue on Whiteout's tour in autumn of 1994 received the single for free.

The ppython is waiting,we take it
A twisted tomato,forsaken
"What's got into me?What's got into you?
We're naked."
(Everybody's gonna say it)
Mama says to me,mama says to me,
(Homeless made us find our glory)
Mama said,"No more."
Finding our way like a teen here in space
Disembrace what we always remember
It don't cost a dime if you're lucky in time
So you might as well make this all something
The garbage,this music,what I feel
Well listen what we do,where we've been
We got into see,we get in to do,
We're taken aback
(Everybody's gonna say it)
Mama said to me,mama said to me,
(Homeless made us find glory)
Mama said,"It's good."
Finding our way like a teen here in space
Disembrace what we always remember
It don't cost a dime 'cause we're lucky in time
So we might as well make this all something
Findin' out!
Finding our place like a teen here in space
Disembrace what we always remember
It don't cost a dime 'cause we're lucky in time
So you might as well make this all something
We're various traits of a thousand and one
Generations we'll never remember
It's only as if you could never believe
That by chance you couldn't even be here
Bring it back,bring it back
What you said,what you said
Mama said to me,mama said to me
Mama said to me,"Good."
Mama said to me,mama said to me
