Big!

Big! is a TV series in which an episode consists of a team of engineers manufacturing the world's biggest items (usually a household item that's normally hand carried, scaled up to proportions that make the items unusable without JCBs and Cherrypickers) for the sake of setting world records.

The devices have to function to qualify.

The series originally aired on Discovery Channel in 2004. It is currently airing on The Science Channel weekday mornings.

The Perhapanauts

The Perhapanauts is an American comic book series created by writer Todd Dezago and artist Craig Rousseau in 2005.

The first two mini-series, "First Blood" and "Second Chances," were published by Dark Horse Comics, although it was announced on October 31, 2007, that forthcoming Perhapanauts comics would be published by Image Comics.

Plot

The Image Comics series began with an annual in February 2008, "Jersey Devil", followed by what may either be numerous upcoming mini-series or an ongoing series. The first series is "Triangle" taking the team into the Bermuda Triangle, which starts publication in April 2008.

The story follows a team of supernatural investigators (in that they both investigate the supernatural, and are supernatural beings who investigate) working for Bedlam, a top-secret government agency. The main focus of the stories are on Blue Group, one team of Bedlam operatives.

The members of Blue Group are Arisa Hines, the group's leader who has psychic powers; Big, a Sasquatch whose intelligence has been artificially raised; Choopie, a Chupacabra with a somewhat erratic personality; MG, a mysterious being who appears human but has the power to travel to other dimensions; and Molly MacAllistar, a ghost. Other characters in the series include Joann DeFile, a psychic who works as an adviser for Bedlam; Peter Hammerskold, a former Marine with psychic powers who is the leader of Bedlam's Red Group and sees Blue Group as rivals; the Merrow, a water elemental fairy who works on Red Group; and Karl, a Mothman who is a Bedlam reservist and would like to be a full-time member of Blue Group.

Gigantic (TV series)

Gigantic is an American comedy-drama television series that aired on the TeenNick TV channel. The series is the first scripted show for the channel since its rebranding from The N in September 2009. It premiered on October 8, 2010.

On April 19, 2011, cast member Tony Oller announced on his Twitter account that series would not be renewed for a second season. The show's final episode aired on April 22, 2011.

Premise

Gigantic revolves around 17-year-old Anna Moore (Grace Gummer) and her younger brother Walt (Tony Oller), teens who live the lives of Hollywood "it" kids as the children of famous movie star couple John and Jennifer Moore. Anna and Walt have recently returned to Los Angeles after living in Australia for the past two years while their parents were shooting a movie. The series takes a fictional look at the complicated lives of children of Hollywood celebrities, giving an insider view of the glitz, glamour, and A-list parties of Tinseltown. It exposes the life behind the tabloids and gossip blogs, while exploring the difficulties of growing up with superstar parents.

Flesh for Lulu

Flesh for Lulu was a rock band formed in Brixton, London active between 1982 and 1992. They reformed from 2013 to 2015 with a new lineup. Their music was a mix of the New York Dolls and Rolling Stones, with gothic rock's gloomy atmosphere and aesthetics, while also encompassing shades of punk, pop, country and western, Bolan, Bowie, rockabilly and garage.

History

Nick Marsh (vocals and guitar) and James Mitchell (drums) formed the band and soon recruited Rocco (originally from Wasted Youth, guitar and vocals), and Glen Bishop (bass), taking their name from an American cult movie. After a well received John Peel session, they signed to Polydor Records in 1983, and soon thereafter, bassist Glen Bishop left to join Under Two Flags, and was replaced by Kevin Mills (formerly of Specimen).

Their first E.P., Roman Candle did well, but the label dropped them a year later after their eponymous first album failed to find any commercial success.

In 1985, the band signed to Hybrid Records and released a mini LP, Blue Sisters Swing, which was produced with Craig Leon. The cover image of two nuns kissing resulted in the album being banned in the United States and Europe. Flesh for Lulu then joined Statik records, who released Big Fun City later that year.

This is a list of films from Walt Disney Animation Studios, an American animation studio headquartered in Burbank, California, and formerly known as Walt Disney Feature Animation, Walt Disney Productions and Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio, which creates animated feature films for The Walt Disney Company. Gigantic (2018)

Nathan Greno (Tangled) is working on Gigantic, a computer-animated musical film, loosely based on the fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk. It will be released on March 9, 2018.

Gigantic will be directed by Greno, while Dorothy McKim will produce.Frozen songwriters Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez will write the music for the film. Set in Spain during the Age of Discovery, the film will follow Jack as he discovers a world of giants hidden within clouds. There he befriends a female giant Inma, who is "11 years old, 60 feet tall, fiery, feisty and a lot to control" and initially treats him like a living doll. Jack agrees to help Inma find her way home, while they try to stop the Storm Giants, who stand at 120 feet, from destroying the giant community.
