U aprilu Sombor varos zazeleni
pa setaju gospojice, blago meni
isprse se brezobrazno
pa mi glavom klimnu mazno
a mene ceka bela ladja
A kad odem, ne vracam se do jeseni
udace se mnoge dotle, blago meni
dobar vece, kapetane
laku noc vam zelim dame
a mene ceka bela ladja
Ref.
Moram da idem sad
bo'me, nije mi lako
al' bolje tako
da ja krenem polako
moram da idem sad
jer cu baciti sidro
pa, zbogom Vidro
ostacu tu
Od Zemuna do Pasave voda peni
a u Pesti promenada, blago meni
brinuti sam, kerem sepe
madjarice moje lepe
a mene ceka bela ladja
Ref.
U aprilu sav se Sombor zasareni
od sesira raznoraznih, blago meni
i frajlica sto ih nose
nasmesene, zlatokose
a mene ceka bela ladja
