Bawal

Bawal is a municipality in Rewari district in the state of Haryana, India. Bawal comes under the National Capital Region (NCR) of India and is located on the National Highway 8, about 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) from Rewari, 60 kilometres (37 mi) from Gurgaon and about 100 kilometres (62 mi) from the capital, Delhi. It was one of the three districts of the erstwhile Nabha State under British rule.

Bawal is located at coordinates 28°05′N 76°35′E / 28.08°N 76.58°E / 28.08; 76.58.

It has an average elevation of 266 metres (872  feet).

Demographics

As of the 2011 Census of India, the town had 2,962 households with a total population of 16,766, an increase of 28% over the 2001 figure of 13,016. There were 8,828 males and 7,948 females in 2011.

Industries

A large industrial growth centre is under development by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) in Bawal. Many multinational corporations including Haco Group, Musashi Auto Parts India, POSCO, Kansai Nerolac, Asahi India, Atlas, YKK India Pvt. Ltd., Euothern Hema, Keihin, Caparo Maruti, Harley-Davidson and Ahresty India along with many Indian companies such as Omax, Rico, A.K. Minda Group, N.K Minda Group, Rubyco International, Tenneco Automotive India PVt. Ltd. Continental Equipment and Multicolor Steels, have undertaken industrial developments. In March 2010, Paul Swaraj, owner of Caparo Group announced a joint venture with Wärtsilä to build a $115 million gas-fired power plant in Bawal. Completion is expected in December 2010 when it will deliver over 60 MW of power.

Bawal is an Indian Bengali comedy-drama film released on June 12, 2015, directed by a civil-engineer Biswaroop Biswas Starring Arjun Chakrabarty, Ritabhari Chakraborty, Saayoni Ghosh in Lead Roles. As a Director Bawal is Biswaroop Biswas's debut film. Bawal is a Bengali Film on comedy of errors.

Plot

The film steers through comedy, love, and emotions. You may call Love Triangle. Jishu (The lead actor) falls in love with Subhasree but as the story goes their love story faces a crisis. As Subhashree's two elder brothers are very protective of her. Since Subhashree lost her mother, her brother took care of her. Jishu came up with a plan that he thinks will turn the trick for him. He joins her brothers gang as the assistant. The movie is not only a comdey of errors type but also it has something more that will attract you...That's called True Love.

Bawal, is the second album of the now defunct Filipino rock band, Yano. It has 10 tracks and released under Alpha Records in 1996.
