Bamir Myrteza Topi (Albanian: [baˈmiɾ ˈtɔpi]; born 24 April 1957) was the fifth President of Albania from 24 July 2007 to 24 July 2012. He was also Honorary President of Albanian football club KF Tirana from 2005 to 2007. In September 2012 Topi became the leader of the new Albanian party New Democratic Spirit.
