Bahman District (Persian: بخش بهمن) is a district (bakhsh) in Abarkuh County, Yazd Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 13,001, in 3,422 families. The District has one city: Mehrdasht. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Esfandar Rural District and Mehrabad Rural District.
