Trophy Scars, from Morristown, New Jersey, is an experimental rock band with blues and psychedelic influences. Trophy Scars began as a post-hardcore group but has since embraced broader genres.

Biography
Trophy Scars was formed by Jerry Jones (vocals), John Ferrara (guitar), and Brian Ferrara (drums) in June 2002. Originally, the band was developed as a passion project only to last the duration of that particular summer. The group, which also included members Joshua Weinstein on bass and Mik on guitar, began playing local shows and gaining a modest but dedicated following. When fans presented a high demand for recorded material, Trophy Scars decided to establish themselves as a serious music group.
Trophy Scars signed to Brooklyn based record label, the Death Scene Recording Company (US), in 2005 and with Small Town Records (UK) in 2007. However, in 2009 they were no longer contractually obligated to either label and decided to release all forthcoming material independently. The band cited having complete control over their art and work schedule as a major reason for doing so.
Bad Luck (Social Distortion song)
"Bad Luck" is a punk rock song and the second track from Social Distortion's fourth studio album Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell which was released in 1992.
It was the album's first single, and it peaked at number 2 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart, marking the highest initial charting single in Social Distortion's career. There has not been a higher charting Social Distortion single since.

As well as appearing on "Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell", the song also appears re-recorded on Social Distortion's "Greatest Hits" album which was released in 2007.

In the popular Fox crime drama Bones, Dr. Temperance Brennan walks in on Special Agent Seeley Booth in his bathroom while Bad Luck is playing.
In Season 9 of the CW series Supernatural, the song is playing on the jukebox in the biker bar occupied by Bartholomew's faction of angels. It continues to play during and after the angel battle against the Melody Ministry Glee Club (also possessed by another angel faction).
Gravitation (manga)
Gravitation (Japanese: グラビテーション, Hepburn: Gurabitēshon) is a yaoi manga series written and illustrated by Maki Murakami. The story follows the attempts of Shuichi Shindo and his band, Bad Luck, to become Japan's next musical sensation, and his struggles to capture Eiri Yuki's heart.
The manga was published by Gentosha and was serialized on Kimi to Boku starting in 1996 and ending in 2002. The manga has been licensed and published in English by Tokyopop, as well as a light novel. There is also the Gravitation Collection which consists of 6 volumes, each of which has two original volumes of Gravitation in it. A sequel, Gravitation EX. (グラビテーションＥＸ．, Gurabitēshon EX.), was published in the web magazine Genzo from 2004 to 2009 and returned in 2011 to Web Spica.
Gravitation has also been adapted into a two episode OVA series in 1999 directed by Shinichi Watanabe and a thirteen-episode TV anime series directed by Bob Shirohata. The TV series aired in Japan from October 4, 2000 to January 10, 2001, on WOWOW Wednesdays at 18:30 and was reaired on Tokyo MX in 2007. The anime goes to roughly volume 7 of the manga. Both have been licensed for North American release by Nozomi Entertainment.
