Nemophila menziesii

Nemophila menziesii, known commonly as baby blue eyes or baby's-blue-eyes, is an annual herb, native to western North America.

Distribution

The plant is native to California, Baja California, and Oregon.

It grows virtually throughout California at elevations from sea level up to almost 6,500 feet (2,000 m). It grows in many types of habitats, including chaparral, valley grasslands, and montane locales.

Description

Nemophila menziesii is variable in appearance. The leaves are lobed and oppositely arranged. The flowers are blue or white.

Mr. Wonderful (Action Bronson album)

Mr. Wonderful is the second studio album by American hip hop recording artist Action Bronson, released on March 23, 2015, by Atlantic Records and Vice Records. The album is Bronson's first for a major label, after signing to Atlantic and Vice, in August 2012. It was preceded by several mixtapes and EPs, including the Blue Chips series and Saaab Stories (2013).

The album, recorded throughout 2014, was produced by several high-profile record producers, such as The Alchemist, Mark Ronson and Noah "40" Shebib. Eye color

Eye color or eye colour is a polygenic phenotypic character determined by two distinct factors: the pigmentation of the eye's iris and the frequency-dependence of the scattering of light by the turbid medium in the stroma of the iris.

In humans, the pigmentation of the iris varies from light brown to black, depending on the concentration of melanin in the iris pigment epithelium (located on the back of the iris), the melanin content within the iris stroma (located at the front of the iris), and the cellular density of the stroma. The appearance of blue and green, as well as hazel eyes, results from the Tyndall scattering of light in the stroma, a phenomenon similar to that which accounts for the blueness of the sky called Rayleigh scattering. Neither blue nor green pigments are ever present in the human iris or ocular fluid. The video for the song was filmed in Australia, on Sydney's famous Bondi to Bronte walk.

The exact location is at the most easterly point of Marks Park, Tamarama, where a low, sandstone turret rests on the top of the cliffs and overlooks the Tasman Sea. The white Grand Piano was positioned right in the middle of the turret. The song and video was in dedication to Elizabeth Taylor.

Technical details

Musically, the song is complex, with the verses in the key of B flat, and the chorus in the key of D minor. An instrumental solo, in the related flat major key of E flat, serves as a bridge and outro. Rob Stevens also sang the song on his debut album, Little Heart for Love.
