BC3 is a Paralympic boccia classification.
In 2008, BBC Sport defined this classification was "BC3: For players with a very severe physical disability. Players use an assistive device and may be assisted by a person, who will remain in the player's box but who must keep his/her back to the court and eyes averted from play" In 2008, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation defined this classification was "BC3: This category is for players with a very severe physical disability. Players use a device to assist them and also can be helped by a nominated person at the court. However the assistant must keep his/her back to the court, so they cannot give advice on where to throw or kick the next ball to get it closest to the jack." In 2012, the Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association defined this classification as: "BC 3 – These athletes are also unable to hold and release a ball. These athletes may use a ramp and an assistant ." In 2012, the Great Britain Boccia Federation defined this classification as: "Players with Cerebral Palsy or other disability with locomotor dysfunction in all four limbs who are unable to throw or kick a ball into play and as such are permitted to use an assistive device such as a ramp to propel the ball into play and are supported by an assistant ('ramper')e"
Sometimes I feel so lost S.O.S. all my lines are crossed. I bite off more than I can chew. It's killing me its killing you there's nothing that I'd rather do. It's got me now its holding me. A sign of something good a sign I thought I'd never see. I try to keep it in my head. We'll you can kick my ass and burn your books, but it won't change a word I've said. I guess I should have seen it coming. It's in the smile on his face. Did you really think that this would be so easy? I think you made a big mistake. What went so wrong? Every action has reaction in this fucked up world that you created. Now you're head is so full of negativity and shattered dreams. A world of noise you end up hating. It's got me now it's holding me. A sign of something good a sign I thought I'd never see. I try to keep it in my head. We'll you can kick my ass and burn you're books but it won't change a word I've said. I guess I should have seen it coming. It's in the smile on his face. Did you really think that this would be so easy? I think you made a big mistake. What went so wrong it's been too long. So just take it on the chin. It's who you are and what you do. Not who you were or what you have been. There's just one thing you should know. That I still care to work it out don't think about it let it go.
