Harud (also known as Autumn) is Aamir Bashir's directorial debut. It premiered at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival. The film stars Reza Naji and Shahnawaz Bhat and takes place in Kashmir.

"Autumn" is a three-part song by English band Strawbs featured on their 1974 album Hero and Heroine. The final part "The Winter Long" was released as a single in 1974 under the title "Hold on to Me (The Winter Long)."
The first part of the three part song is an instrumental written by keyboardist John Hawken. It was later released as a single in the United States due to demand from black radio stations. The music begins with a menacing riff played on a Moog synthesizer, gradually builds to a climax and then segues into the much quieter second part of the song.
"Deep Summer Sleep" is written and sung by Dave Cousins.
The final part of the song is written by Dave Cousins but sung by Dave Lambert. It was released as a single in the UK in 1974. Several overseas releases followed.
The B-side track "Where Do You Go (When You Need a Hole to Crawl In)" is a Dave Cousins composition, featured on the 1974 album Ghosts album.
Autumn is a Silly Symphonies animated Disney short film. It was released in 1930.
The RCA CDP1802, also known as the COSMAC (Complementary Symmetry Monolithic Array Computer), is an 8-bit CMOS microprocessor (µP) introduced by RCA in early 1976. It is currently being manufactured by Intersil Corporation as a high-reliability microprocessor. The 1802 has an architecture different from most other 8-bit microprocessors.
In 1970 and 1971, Joseph Weisbecker developed a new 8-bit architecture computer system,. RCA released Weisbecker's work as the COSMAC 1801R and 1801U in early 1975, using its CMOS process (called COSMOS, an acronym for Complementary Silicon/Metal-oxide Semiconductor). In 1976, a team led by Jerry Herzog integrated the two chips into one, the 1802.
The RCA 1802 has a static core CMOS design with no minimum clock frequency, so that it can be run at very low speeds and low power. It has two separate 8-pin buses: an 8-bit bidirectional data bus and a multiplexed address bus (i.e., the high order byte of the 16-bit address and the low order byte of the address take turns in using the 8-bit physical address bus lines, by accessing the bus lines in different clock cycles).
The Sony CDP-101 was the world's first commercially released compact disc player. The system was launched in Japan on October 1, 1982 at a list price of 168,000 yen (approx US$730).
The Japan-only launch was partially because Philips, Sony's partner in the development of the CD format, was unable to meet the original agreed launch date. Rather than agree a full postponement, Sony agreed to delay the launch of the format outside Japan by six months. The Philips CD100 launched in November 1982, although early Philips players contained some Sony components.
In line with the agreement, the system was launched worldwide in March 1983.
Demonstration CD players from Sony had the disc placed vertically in the machine allowing the CD face to be visible through a transparent front whilst playing. The CDP-101 instead opted for a horizontal tray-loading system. The case and front panel of the system were manufactured from plastic.
The front of the unit featured a vacuum fluorescent display panel to provide information such as track number and playing time, an infrared receiver to allow the use of a remote control and buttons to control playback, open and close the tray and toggle the display between showing elapsed and remaining playing time. The only dial on the machine allowed for the headphone volume level to be adjusted; a 1/4" headphone jack was also located on the front of the unit.
CDP323 is a small-molecule prodrug antagonist of the vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) binding to α4-integrins. It was originally developed by the British biopharmaceutical company Celltech plc. (now UCB S.A.) and was a putative new drug for oral treatment of multiple sclerosis.
In October 2006, UCB and Biogen Idec announced a collaboration to jointly develop and commercialize CDP323 for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and other potential indications. In June 2009, development of CDP323 was discontinued due to discouraging results of a Phase II clinical trial.
The mechanism of action of CDP323 were believed to rely on preventing immune cells to migrate from blood vessels through the vessel walls to reach various inflamed tissues, including the brain. This mechanism is thought to prevent overshooting immune reactions and subsequent tissue damage as seen during uncontrolled immune cell migration as in multiple sclerosis. CDP323 has the same mechanism of action as the monoclonal antibody natalizumab.
I never promised you a happy ending
You never said you wouldn't make me cry
but summer love will keep us warm long after
our autumn goodbye, autumn goodbye
autumn goodbye
Thinkin' of you and the love of our lives
in the sweet summertime
so sad but true (so true, so true)
we must leave it behind
in our hearts, in our minds
From April through September
bittersweet was the love that we share
don't forget
I remember
Memories can fade
but my heart has a place for the smile on your face
and maybe someday
we can be more than friends
love will find us again
Red leaves and blue tomorrows
Time will give back the love that we shared
on the time that we borrowed
From April through September
bittersweet was the love that we share
don't forget
I remember baby
We'll leave behind the summertime
our hearts, our minds
they will remind
we won't forget
the day we met
the day we cried
Autumn Goodbye
I never promised you a happy ending
You never said you wouldn't make me cry
but summer love will keep us warm long after
our autumn goodbye, autumn goodbye
