Syed Ashar Ahmed Zaidi Urdu: سید اشعر احمد زیدی is a Pakistani first-class cricketer. Ashar was born on July 13, 1981 in Karachi, Pakistan. Ashar is plays for Islamabad Cricket Association and has represented Pakistan A cricket team as a left-handed batsman. He took a professional contract for the 2009 season with UK club Wood Lane CC who play in the North Staffs & South Cheshire League.
