Arlind Ajeti
Arlind Afrim Ajeti (born 25 September 1993) is an Albanian footballer who plays as a defender for Frosinone and the Albania national team. He last played for Swiss club Basel before being a Free agent for a half season. He has both nationalities the Swiss where he was born and Albanian his ethnic parents origin which he represents in international level.
Club career
Early career
Ajeti started his youth football with FC Concordia Basel, but in 2004 he became the player of FC Basel., where he was playing in the U16, U18 and U21 teams.
Basel
He signed his first professional contract, valid over two and a half years, on 2 January 2011 and was called into the first team squad ahead of the 2011–12 FC Basel season, after becoming one of the best defenders in the reserve squad. Because Ajeti is born in 1993 he was eligible to play for the newly formed Basel Under-19 team in the 2011–12 NextGen series. He played his first game the teams first game against Tottenham Hotspur on 17 August 2011.
