Chris Payne

Christopher 'Chris' Payne (born 15 September 1990) is an Australian football (soccer) player who plays for the Sydney United 58 in the New South Wales Premier League

Club career

He finished his HSC at Narrabeen Sports High School.

Sydney FC

Payne played in all of Sydney's three trial matches and scored a double against his former club Manly United at Cromer Park. His first official competitive outing for Sydney FC came against Queensland Roar in the opening Pre-Season Cup match of the season. Sydney ended up winning the match 2-1 with Payne scoring Sydney's first to level the scores at 1-1 and as a consequence become the club's youngest ever player to score in a fully competitive match. He was officially transferred from Manly a week before the opening round of the 2008/09 season with Manly FC receiving $3000 for the transfer.

He scored his first goal for Sydney FC in the 3-1 victory against Newcastle Jets at EnergyAustralia Stadium. While playing against the Wellington Phoenix in the 2009/10 Preliminary final, he scored a controversial goal with his arm. Despite displaying good form during Sydney FC's Finals run, he was not offered a new contract, and went back to his junior club Manly United. On 28 June Payne signed a deal with North Queensland Fury for their following season.

Chris Payne (musician)

Chris Payne is an English musician.

He is known as a member of Gary Numans backing-band and the co-writer of Visage's 1981 synthpop hit single Fade to Grey. Payne plays keyboards and viola and also a number of medieval instruments. He formed the band Dramatis with other members of Numans backing-band in the early 1980s. Payne has composed music for television and films and formed the band Celtic Legend. He has composed, scored, recorded and conducted his orchestral and choral works in London and Prague.

Area 51

The United States Air Force facility commonly known as Area 51 is a remote detachment of Edwards Air Force Base, within the Nevada Test and Training Range. According to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the correct names for the facility are Homey Airport (ICAO: KXTA) and Groom Lake, though the name Area 51 was used in a CIA document from the Vietnam War. Other names used for the facility include Dreamland, and nicknames Paradise Ranch,Home Base and Watertown. The special use airspace around the field is referred to as a Restricted Area 4808 North (R-4808N).

The base's current primary purpose is publicly unknown; however, based on historical evidence, it most likely supports development and testing of experimental aircraft and weapons systems (black projects). The intense secrecy surrounding the base has made it the frequent subject of conspiracy theories and a central component to unidentified flying object (UFO) folklore. Although the base has never been declared a secret base, all research and occurrences in Area 51 are Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). In July 2013, following an FOIA request filed in 2005, the CIA publicly acknowledged the existence of the base for the first time, declassifying documents detailing the history and purpose of Area 51.

Area 51 (1995 video game)

Area 51 is a light gun arcade game released by Atari Games in 1995. It takes its name from the Area 51 military facility.

The plot of the game involves the player (Peterson) taking part in a STAAR (Strategic Tactical Advanced Alien Response) military incursion to prevent aliens, known as the Kronn, and alien-created zombies from taking over the Area 51 military facility.

The game was ported to the PlayStation, Sega Saturn and personal computers.

Gameplay

This game takes the player through several sections of the facility, including a warehouse and underground tunnels. The player character is tasked, along with fellow Special Tactical Advanced Alien Response (STAAR) members Lieutenant Stephanie Grant and Sergeant Major Marcus Bradley, to penetrate Area 51 and activate the nuclear self-destruct sequence. The player must kill any attacking genetically altered soldiers and aliens without harming any allied STAAR team members. If nothing but three STAAR team members are shot, the Kronn Hunter mode is started, taking the role of a Hunter, sent by the Kronn to eliminate the rebels.
