Archos
Archos (/ˈɑːrkoʊs/, stylized as ARCHOS) is a French multinational electronics company that was established in 1988 by Henri Crohas. Archos manufactures tablets, smartphones, portable media players and portable data storage devices. The name is an anagram of Crohas' last name, and it is also Greek for 'master' (αρχος). The company's slogan has been updated from "Think Smaller" to "On The Go" and the current "Entertainment your way".
Archos has developed a variety of products, including digital audio players, portable video players (PVP), digital video recorders, a personal digital assistant, netbooks, more recently tablet computers using Google Android and Microsoft Windows (tablet PCs), and smartphones.: & manufacturer for many brands like Gionee, Micromax, Intex,Lava
In 2013, the company entered the mobile phone market by launching a series of smartphone models in the market. Archos Titanium, Archos Platinum, Archos Neon, Archos Xenon, Archos Cesium, Archos Oxygen, Archos Helium, and Archos Diamond.
Archos 43
ARCHOS 43 Internet Tablet is a 4.3 inch tablet computer designed and developed by Archos in te ARCHOS Generation 8 Internet Tablets-line. The Archos 43 runs version 2.2 (Froyo) of the Android operating system. It was released globally in early November 2010. It was met with mixed reviews, with its biggest overall complaint being its resistive touchscreen.

On the ARCHOS 43 Internet Tablet several applications are installed by default. Users are able to add applications through Appslib, an application marketplace.

The ARCHOS 101 Internet Tablet is part of the Archos Generation 8 tablet range, distributed between 2010-11. After a hardware upgrade, it was also part of Generation 9 range sold between 2011-12. It is a 10.1 inch (256.5 mm) Internet tablet with dual-boot capability running Android out of the box.

The Archos 101 IT is a 10.1 inch capacitive, multitouch screen tablet. It includes a WSVGA 1024x600 LCD screen with a pixel density of 118 ppi. The device also includes a light sensor and TFT technology.
Hardware & Battery
The devices uses a Li-Poymer irreplaceable battery. The battery's life for music playback is 36 hours while 7 hours for video playback.
The tablet includes an ARM Cortex-A8 single core processor, and 256 MB of RAM with a Texas Instrument OMAP 3660 chipset. It is sold with 8 and 16GB version with expandable memory (microSD, microSDHC) of up to 32GB.
Connectivity
The device includes Bluetooth support for 2.1, EDR Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP), Audio/Video Control Transport Protocol (AVCTP), Audio/Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP), Audio/Visual Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Generic Access (GAP), Generic Audio/Video Distribution (GAVDP), Object Push (OPP), Phone Book Access (PBAP), Service Discovery Protocol (SDP). It also includes 802.11 b, g, n Wi-Fi connectivity.
