Tropisetron

Tropisetron (INN) is a serotonin 5-HT₃ receptor antagonist used mainly as an antiemetic to treat nausea and vomiting following chemotherapy, although it has been used experimentally as an analgesic in cases of fibromyalgia. The drug is available in a 5 mg oral preparation or in 2 mg intravenous form. It is marketed by Novartis in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and the Philippines as Navoban, but is not available in the U.S. It is also available from Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories and marketed in several Asian countries as Setrovel.

Tropisetron acts as both a selective 5-HT₃ receptor antagonist and α₇-nicotinic receptor agonist.

Adverse effects

Tropisetron is a well-tolerated drug with few side effects. Headache, constipation, and dizziness are the most commonly reported side effects associated with its use. Hypotension, transient liver enzyme elevation, immune hypersensitivity syndromes and extrapyramidal side effects have also been associated with its use on at least one occasion.There have been no significant drug interactions reported with this drug's use. It is broken down by the hepatic cytochrome P450 system and it has little effect on the metabolism of other drugs broken down by this system.

ICS 219

A ICS Form 219, Resource Status Card or T-Card, is a simple tool to record and track the location and status of individuals, teams, vehicles, and other equipment. It is part of the standardised Incident Command System now widely used by police, fire departments, and emergency management agencies to manage their responses to incidents.

The cards are so-named because they are made of card stock and have a T-like shape. These cards are displayed in resource status or “T-Card racks” (typically a sheet of plastic or metal with slots cut to accept the body of the card) where they can be easily viewed, retrieved, updated, and statused during the course of the incident.

"Apologize" is a 1967 song written by Jimmy Griffin and Michael Z. Gordon which won a BMI Award in 1968. The song was first recorded as a single by Brian Hyland in 1967, but hit the charts in the version by Ed Ames in June 1968, reaching No.9 on the Metro Markets Juke Box chart.

"Apologize" (also spelt "Apologise" internationally) is the debut single written by OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder for OneRepublic's debut album Dreaming Out Loud. It was the released as the lead single of that album. A remix version was included on the Timbaland album, Shock Value and on the deluxe version of Dreaming Out Loud.

The song was the biggest radio airplay hit in the history of the Mainstream Top 40 chart in North America, with 10,394 plays in one week, until its record was broken by Leona Lewis's "Bleeding Love", which was also co-written by Tedder. The song was a major hit internationally, reaching number one in 16 countries, including Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Sweden, Turkey, and the Netherlands, as well as staying at number one for eight consecutive weeks on the Billboard Pop 100 chart.
