Anno 1701: Dawn of Discovery is a real-time strategy video game of the Anno franchise for the Nintendo DS. It is published by Disney Interactive and makes extensive use of the system's touch-screen capabilities. There are three game mode options, consisting of a story mode, continuous play, and multiplayer. It has been released in Europe, Australia, Canada and the United States.
The player begins with a ship stocked with the necessary items to start a settlement. The player is able to order it to explore until he/she finds an island that is suitable for settling and building a new colony. If the settlers are satisfied with everything they need, they will go up to the next stage. As they move through each stage, they will demand more things. In continuous play mode the player can choose up to three rivals, which will advance about the same rate as the player. As the settlers advance through each stage of settlement, the player can build warships and send to possessed island and build beachheads and then attack military buildings. If the player captures all of them, the island is his. The story mode is similar, but the player needs to fulfill specific tasks to proceed.
The term "online" can refer to a state of connectivity.
"Online" (or variations) can also refer to:
"Online" is a song co-written and performed by American country music artist Brad Paisley. It was released in July 2007 as the second single from the album 5th Gear. The single is Brad's ninth overall Number One single on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, as well as his fifth consecutive Number One. In addition, the song's music video won a Video of the Year award for Paisley at the 2007 Country Music Association awards. Paisley wrote this song with Kelley Lovelace and Chris DuBois.
"Online" is a moderate up-tempo song whose lyrics satirize the online world, specifically MySpace. Here, the song's protagonist is a geek who lives at home with his parents, holds a job at the local Pizza Pitt pizzeria, and claims limited success in the dating world. Actually "five-foot-three and overweight", a fan of science fiction, and a mild asthmatic, the main character has an account on MySpace. There, he assumes a much more desirable personality: "Online, I'm out in Hollywood / I'm six-foot-five and I look damn good / I drive a Maserati / I'm a black-belt in karate / And I love a good glass of wine". Later in the song, he claims to live in Malibu, California, have a sexy, finely sculptured body, and pose for Calvin Klein Inc. and GQ. The fictitious alternate personalities make the geek claim that he is "so much cooler online". The album version of the song ends with a marching band playing the melody of the chorus, a reference to an earlier line where the protagonist claims to play tuba in a marching band.
One Nevada (ON Line) is a 235-mile (378 km), 500-kilovolt, 600-megawatt (800,000 hp) power line that runs from Southern to Northern Nevada. 25% of the transmission line is owned by NV Energy which operates and offers the line's capacity under the terms of NV Energy's Open Access Transmission Tariff. Great Basin Transmission South owns 75% of the line. The line runs from the new Robinson Summit Substation in Ely, Nevada to Apex, Nevada connecting with the existing NV Energy Harry Allen Substation.
Construction on the $510 million line began in 2010. The line provides a way to connect renewable energy projects along the eastern edge of Nevada with the existing electrical grid. The line was expected to be energized in 2013. The line was energized in January 2014.
The line may be part of the larger Southwest Intertie Project Transmission Line (SWIP) project which would extend the line north to Jerome County, Idaho. The extension would create a 501-mile (806 km) long line.
I'm on the line.
I'm on the line.
Once I clean my mirror.
I'm a be feeling fine.
Trying to get there is,
all that's on my mind.
When I'm on the line.
Even though I run my race,
With a smile on my face.
It ain't easy, naw it ain't.
Feels like the life of the party.
But it's all in your mind,
On the line.
I'm on the line.
I'm on the line.
Once I clean my mirror.
I'm a be feeling fine.
Even when you're falling,
Just pretend you're flying.
When ya on the line.
I'm with everybody but I'm still alone,
Just look down, that's my,
line your standing on.
Let's keep it friendly and we'll be just fine.
