Angeli may refer to:
Alessandro Defilippi is an Italian writer and screenwriter.
Born in Turin, he works as a psychoanalyst. His published works include the gothic tales collection Una lunga consuetudine (Sellerio, 1994) and two novels, Locus Animae (Passigli, 1999), a psychological thriller, and Angeli (Passigli 2002), a gothic novel with themes of mysticism, politics, ethics and philosophy.
He also worked on the screenplay for Prendimi l'anima, directed by Roberto Faenza, and has written poetry.
Arnaldo Angeli Filho, more commonly known as Angeli, born August 31, 1956 in São Paulo, Brazil, is one of the most well-known Brazilian cartoonists.
Angeli already had strips published in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, and Portugal, where a compilation of its work was launched by Devir publishing company in 2000. An animated feature film based on his work, Wood & Stock: Sexo, Orégano e Rock'n'Roll, directed by Otto Guerra, was released in 2006.
He started at the age of 14 at magazine Senhor, as well as publishing material in independent fanzines. In 1973 he was hired by the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, where he still publishes daily strips. Beginning in the 80's, Angeli has developed a large universe of characters of an urban and anarchic nature, such as:
