Ana Isabel Serradilla García (born August 9, 1978) is a Mexican actress starring in TV series such as La Viuda Negra,Drenaje Profundo and Linea nocturna. She also starred in the Mexican version of Desperate Housewives, Amas de Casa Desesperadas.
As a little girl, she dreamed of becoming an actress but was so shy she often couldn't even answer the telephone. She studied acting at the Centro de Estudios y Formación Actoral and got her first job, Chiquititas in 1998. Serradilla is of Spanish descent with roots in Madrid. In 2012, she debuted in her first English language film, Hidden Moon for which she won the Silver Goddess "Best Actress" Award. Her theatre credits include Sin Cura and Blackbird.
As of 2014 Serradilla is best known as "La Madrina" ("The Godmother") Griselda Blanco from the popular TV series La viuda negra (2014), series which covers the life of the cocaine queen Griselda Blanco.
Serradilla is a municipality located in the province of Cáceres, Extremadura, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 1832 inhabitants.
The Serradilla people have the honor of having created the first feature film in Extremaduran language: Territoriu de bandolerus (Territory of bandits), in 2013.
