All Souls College (official name: The Warden and the College of the Souls of All Faithful People Deceased in the University of Oxford) is a constituent college of the University of Oxford in England.
Unique to All Souls, all of its members automatically become Fellows (i.e., full members of the College's governing body). It has no undergraduate members, but each year recent graduates of the university and graduates of other universities now registered as postgraduate students at Oxford are eligible to apply for Examination Fellowships through a competitive examination (once described as "the hardest exam in the world") and, for the several shortlisted after the examinations, an interview.
All Souls is one of the wealthiest colleges in Oxford, with a financial endowment of £286.4m (2014). However, since the College's principal source of revenue is its endowment, it only ranks nineteenth among Oxford colleges with respect to total income.
The college is located on the north side of the High Street adjoining Radcliffe Square to the west. To the east is The Queen's College with Hertford College to the North.

"All Souls" is the seventeenth episode of the fifth season of the American science fiction television series The X-Files. The episode originally aired on the Fox network on April 26, 1998. The episode's teleplay was written by Frank Spotnitz and John Shiban, from a story by Dan Angel and Billy Brown; it was directed by Allen Coulter. The episode is a "Monster-of-the-Week" story, a stand-alone plot which is unconnected to the mythology, or overarching fictional history, of The X-Files. "All Souls" received a Nielsen household rating of 8.5 and was watched by 13.44 million viewers in its initial broadcast. It received mixed reviews from television critics.
The show centers on FBI special agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) who work on cases linked to the paranormal, called X-Files. In this episode, the unexplained death of a young girl with polydactyly (among other health problems) prompts Father McCue (Arnie Walters) to ask Scully for her help, but her investigation leads her to a mystery involving Nephilim—children of mortal women and angels. Scully soon learns that Aaron Starkey (Glenn Morshower), a department of social services worker and demon in disguise, is after the girls, in order that the Devil may control their power.
All Souls is an American television series broadcast on UPN, first aired in 2001. It was a horror-drama series about a haunted Boston hospital called All Souls Hospital, and it followed Dr. Mitchell Grace's quest to find out the truth about the hauntings that dated as far back as the civil war. The program was cancelled in late August 2001 due to low ratings.
All Souls Hospital's lower levels used to be a mental asylum, and are haunted by ghosts of dead patients. The ghosts notably include Lazarus, an orderly who has been benevolently haunting the hospital since his days working with Dr. Ambrosius after the Civil War.
The series occasionally reairs on Syfy. All Souls is currently airing on NBC Universal's horror and suspense-themed cable channel, Chiller.

Ever turning circles of birth, life and death
The last rays of summer giving way to autumn's breath
When the sheaves must be gathered at the harvest in

Holy rosaries for the recently deceased
Candles held in place to illuminate the way

In the final resting place, in the darkness of the soul
