Kerry Allen Livgren (born September 18, 1949) is an American musician and songwriter, best known as one of the founding members and primary songwriters for the 1970s progressive rock band, Kansas.
Livgren was raised in Topeka, Kansas by his father, Allen Leroy, an industrial engineer, and his mother, Betty (nee McElhiney). He was drawn to music at a young age, his first musical interests developed with classical and jazz influences. His musical odyssey started with an electric guitar he built using a cheap Stella guitar, a Sears amplifier and a low-quality Astatic microphone. Along with learning guitar, Livgren also focused on learning to write songs due to his desire for more creative expression and originality. He attended Washburn University for some time.
Livgren was a member of numerous bands in the late 1960s and early 1970s and quickly developed a reputation for complex compositions and poetic lyrics that explored spiritual themes. His investigations into various religions are reflected in the lyrics of his songs on Kansas' first six albums. He explored themes such as reincarnation, astral travel, apparitions, nihilism and human frailty, among others.

"All Fall Down" is the name of a 1985 hit single by British pop group Five Star. The single was the third UK release from their first album Luxury of Life, released in June 1985. The single was written by Barry Blue and Robin Smith, themselves famous for writing songs for artists in the 1970s.
The video used a technique similar to that of A-ha's "Take on Me", with a rotoscope type clip.
The single became a breakthrough for Five Star, giving them their first Top 40 entry, peaking at #15. Their first three single releases had all failed to make the Top 100.
The song's b-side, "First Avenue", was an instrumental track written and co-produced by band member Deniece Pearson and credited to the Five Star Orchestra. It was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best R&B Instrumental Performance in 1986.

In the inlay of this CD, there is a scanned letter from the American Automobile Association (from 1998). Their trademark consists of three As in an oval. They complained to Hopeless Records that the logo Against All Authority uses is the same as theirs, and they threatened to sue the label.
After this, Against All Authority's logo was changed and previous CDs with the offending logo were replaced with the new one. However, in response to this argument their next album was entitled 24 Hour Roadside Resistance, making fun of the American Automobile Association's slogan "24 Hour Roadside Assistance".
