Ott or OTT may refer to:
Ott (born 12 April 1968 in London, England) is a British record producer and musician who has worked with Sinéad O'Connor, Embrace, The Orb, and Brian Eno, and has achieved recognition since 2002 for his own psychedelic dub tracks and his collaborations with Simon Posford (Hallucinogen / Shpongle). He has released two albums on Twisted Records: Blumenkraft (2003), Skylon (2008) and two albums on Ottsonic: Mir (2011) and Fairchildren (2015).
Since the early 2000s, Ott has produced, mixed and recorded music released on Twisted Records, including various collaborations with founder Simon Posford. His first major contribution to Twisted was the record Hallucinogen – In Dub, on which he remixed six classic Hallucinogen songs. In May 2003 he released his own album, Blumenkraft, on Twisted; it was reviewed by The Wire. His work has also been featured in releases from the record label Liquid Sound Design (now known as Liquid Sound, run by Martin Glover), especially those compilations produced by Humphrey Bacchus during his time at the label. He followed up his debut album in January 2008 with Skylon, followed by Mir in March 2011.

"Alane" is a song recorded by Cameroonian artist Wes. It was released in May 1997 as the debut single from his album Welenga. It became a hit, topping the charts in France, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands. It is sung in the Duala language of Cameroon.
In France, the song was sponsored by TF1, Fun Radio, RTL and the Malongo Coffees, while the choreography was created by American-French singer Mia Frye. The single remained in the top 50 for 25 weeks, ten of them at the top, and is to date the 18th best-selling single of all time in France.
Aluminium hydride (also known as alane) is an inorganic compound with the formula AlH3. It is a colourless pyrophoric solid. Although rarely encountered outside of research laboratories, alane and its derivatives are used as reducing agents in organic synthesis.
Alane is a polymer. Its formula is sometimes represented with the formula (AlH3)n. Aluminium hydride forms numerous polymorphs, which are named α-alane, α’-alane, β-alane, δ-alane, ε-alane, θ-alane, and γ-alane. α-Alane has a cubic or rhombohedral morphology, whereas α’-alane forms needle like crystals and γ-alane forms a bundle of fused needles. Alane is soluble in THF and ether, and its precipitation rate from ether depends on the preparation method.
The structure of α-alane has been determined and features aluminium atoms surrounded by 6 hydrogen atoms that bridge to 6 other aluminium atoms. The Al-H distances are all equivalent (172pm) and the Al-H-Al angle is 141°.
α-Alane is the most thermally stable polymorph. β-alane and γ-alane are produced together, and convert to α-alane upon heating. δ, ε, and θ-alane are produced in different crystallization condition. Although they are less thermally stable, they do not convert into α-alane upon heating.
