Christie Wells was a teenage girl who was supposedly having an affair with sixteen year old Todd Grimshaw. She made her first appearance on 23rd July 2001 and made her last appearance on 27th July 2001. She was portrayed by Lauren Drummond.
Christie asks Todd to the Disco after he has a failed attempt to have an affair with his then girlfriend Candice Stowe's best friend, Sarah Platt. Four days later, Sarah finds the two talking and Christie berates Sarah for all the past things she's been through. Sarah confronts Todd for revealing her personal things to Christie and for having an affair and threatens to tell Candice.
Adam Barlow is the son of Mike Baldwin (Johnny Briggs) and Susan Barlow (Joanna Foster). The role was originated by child actor Iain de Caestecker in 2001, 2002 and 2003, but upon the character's return in 2004 he was recast with former model, Sam Robertson.

Adam reduced the doctor's wife Elise to a vegetative state and apparently murdered their adopted daughter Eva.
The two are inextricably bound together: Dr. Mordenheim has Adam's immortality, and in return Adam shares the doctor's anguish.
