Combat

Combat or fighting is a purposeful violent conflict meant to weaken, establish dominance over, or kill the opposition, or to drive the opposition away from a location where it is not wanted or needed.

The term combat (French for fight) typically refers to armed conflict between opposing military forces in warfare, whereas the more general term "fighting" can refer to any physical or verbal conflict between individuals or nations. Combat violence can be unilateral, whereas fighting implies at least a defensive reaction. A large-scale fight is known as a battle. A verbal fight is commonly known as an argument.

Background

Combat may take place under a specific set of rules or be unregulated. Examples of rules include the Geneva Conventions (covering the treatment of people in war), medieval chivalry, the Marquess of Queensberry rules (covering boxing) and several forms of combat sports.

Combat in warfare involves two or more opposing military organizations, usually fighting for nations at war (although guerrilla warfare and suppression of insurgencies can fall outside this definition). Warfare falls under the laws of war, which govern its purposes and conduct, and protect the rights of combatants and non-combatants.

Action is the sixteenth album by Japanese hard rock band B'z, released on December 5, 2007. It sold 292,687 copies in its first week, reaching #1 at Oricon.

The song "Friction" was featured in the PlayStation 2 game Burnout Dominator and It was later featured on Burnout Paradise the song became the band's first English song to be sold in the US though the iTunes Store.

Main series

This table summarises every single combatant into the series. A green yes indicates that character is present into that version of the game as a playable character. A red no indicates that character has either not yet been introduced to the series, or is not present as a compatible character in any shape or form to that edition. A yellow message means that character is a NPC in that version. A gray question mark or other message means that this is an upcoming project and it is unknown to which information should be noted about that character.

EX series

The characters below are not canonical to the Street Fighter storyline. Arika, not Capcom, owns the characters and the copyright to them, and Capcom has acknowledged a difficulty in having them appear in future games. Producer Yoshinori Ono originally said that the possibility of them appearing in future titles had not been ruled out, stating that Capcom still has a good relationship with Arika, however he has since amended his stance stating that the chances of the characters coming back are very small.

INGRID

INGRID is a Swedish artist collective and record label founded in 2012. They released their first compilation on Record Store Day 2012. The collective's musical work is notable for containing multiple side-projects by its members that do not adhere to the line-ups of their primary ventures; for example, Björn Yttling has a track entitled 'Cuban Lips' under the stage name Yttling Jazz on the INGRID Volym 1 compilation; however, he is also featured as a member of the band Smile along with Teddybears member Joakim Åhlund. All of the bands featured on the compilation are either of this nature or are solo works.
