As a model, Ejaz has worked for Pakistani fashion designers such as HSY, Karma, and Mehdi, as well as the brand ChenOne. He has appeared in many advertisements for Eden Housing.

As an actor, he portrays the role of Imran Khan Niazi in the political humor show Hum Sub Umeed Se Hain and appeared in Nail Polish and Roger a PTV Home drama which is about Pakistani Police.
