A Live One

A Live One is a live album by the American rock band Phish, released on June 27, 1995, by Elektra Records. The album was the band's first official live release.

Each track on the album was recorded at a different live show in the United States during Phish's 1994 summer and fall tours. Several of the songs have never appeared on studio albums and the track "Montana" is not really a song, but actually a two-minute excerpt from the longform improvisation that followed “Tweezer” during the band's show in Bozeman, Montana. On A Live One, "Montana" serves as a prelude to the epic "You Enjoy Myself", one of the most well-known versions of that song.

Phish received its first RIAA award for the album. The RIAA certified the album gold on November 10, 1995, and platinum on October 9, 1997.

A Live One (Loudon Wainwright III album)

A Live One is a live album by Loudon Wainwright III. The live performances included on the album were recorded on a tour of the British Isles in 1976 and at McCabe's in Los Angeles in 1978. It was released in 1979 on Rounder Records.

His first completely live album, it was released during the longest hiatus between studio albums so far in his career (five years): his farewell to the 70's (1978's Final Exam) and his self-reinvention on 1983's Fame and Wealth. Furthermore, since the track list relies on early LP's such as Attempted Mustache, the gap between his adjacent studio albums seems all the wider.

Live!! +one

Live!! +one is a live EP that was initially released only in Japan on November 1980 by the British heavy metal band Iron Maiden. All the tracks were recorded live at the Marquee Club in London on 4 July 1980. The recordings of "Sanctuary" and "Drifter" available on this EP cannot be found anywhere else although the other tracks can be found as b-sides.

In 1984 the EP was released in Greece with an expanded tracklist, but only "I've Got the Fire" was recorded at the Marquee Club. The other added tracks were taken from the Maiden Japan EP and "Prowler" was taken from the band's self-titled debut album.

Live One was a double live album released by Coil. This CD was the fourth of four releases in a series. Its counterparts are Live Four, Live Three and Live Two. This album was later released as part of Coil's box set The Key To Joy Is Disobedience.

"CD A" was originally released as Coil Presents Time Machines. It is a recording of a performance which took place on April 2, 2000 at the Cornucopia festival in the Royal Festival Hall in London, England.

"CD B" is a recording of a live concert that took place at Sonar in Barcelona, Spain 17 June 2000. The studio instrumental used during this performance has surfaced on the internet. The video for this show is also available on the 'Colour Sound Oblivion' 16DVD set.

"Everything Keeps Dissolving", "Blue Chasms" and "Elves" are otherwise unreleased. However, "Elves" was widely circulated on the bootleg Backwards, in its original studio form; That version, however, is notably absent of Balance's vocals. "Circulating" is a short version of the song "Queens Of The Circulating Library", from the album with the same name.
