AXN Beyond

AXN Beyond was a cable and satellite TV channel, owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment in the Asia-Pacific. Launched on 1 January 2008 by the channel is a spin-off of the popular TV channel AXN Asia, It was available in throughout the 18 countries around the Asia-Pacific region (Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) and features programmes that are out of the ordinary content, like in the fantasy, horror and paranormal genre. The Philippines and Malaysia will be separate channel from the Asian feed it transform into a general entertainment channel other than science fiction programs which include selected program from Sony Entertainment Television South East Asia.

From AXN Beyond to beTV

Sony Pictures Television was announced that AXN Beyond was replaced by the new channel as beTV. AXN Beyond ceased broadcast on Sunday, 1 April 2012 at 23:59 MST/SST/PST/CST/HKT by the whole parts of Southeast Asia and was replaced by BeTV launched on Monday, 2 April 2012 at 06:00 MST/SST/PST/CST/HKT.
