APCA

APCA is used in the enterprise systems management world to identify key performance indicators affecting the health of a system or resource. The first use was by SAP for Availability, Performance, Capacity, and Alerts. Each of these key performance areas are determined by the underlying system in the cloud or enterprise and reported back such that the overall health of the system can be normalized across disparate systems.
